However, the above panel fixing device has the following problems. That is,
Since the gantry is fixed while the gantry support is standing on the lower tile, the load of the gantry and the panel is applied to the tile itself, thereby causing damage to the tile and failing to secure sufficient installation strength. Since the panel is mounted on a pedestal in which square pipes are assembled vertically and horizontally, it is installed at a position considerably higher than the roof surface, and is easily affected by strong winds. Further, in the above-described gantry support, it is not possible to correct the flatness of the wavy surface of the tile surface (unevenness of the flatness of the roof surface), so that the gantry cannot be securely fixed to the gantry support. Further, after a pair of L-shaped rods are set for each panel on the gantry, the panels have to be mounted, so that the working efficiency is poor.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a support rod having a bottom raised portion in the center in the longitudinal direction and a U-shaped guide rail for holding a side of a panel. A mounting device in which the panel mounting rods provided with the panel mounting rods are assembled in a lattice shape, or a mounting device in which the panel mounting rods are arranged in parallel, can be vertically adjusted to a support bolt that penetrates and protrudes from the top of the undulating roof material. By mounting, the installation position of the panel from the roof surface is lowered, and the unevenness of the flatness of the roof surface is absorbed by adjusting the vertical height of the gantry device with the support bolt. Also, between the panel mounting rods of the gantry,
Panels are slid to improve work efficiency. or,
The base plate on which the support bolts are erected is erected between the rafters on the base plate under the roofing material, without applying load to the roofing material, increasing the installation strength of the mounting device and stabilizing it.

Next, a description will be given of a method of attaching the fixing device when a Japanese tile or a Western tile is already installed. (1) Perforation Forming Step A perforation H is formed on the top A of the existing tile T corresponding to the mounting position of the gantry support device 4 which is determined in advance according to the number of panels used on the roof R by a drilling machine or the like. This perforation is performed in a state where the existing tile T is laid. Then, even after the drill H is formed by the drill of the drilling machine, the drill is continuously advanced, the tip of the drill reaches the top surface of the base plate F, and the fixing position G of the column bolt 27 is marked on the base plate F. . In addition, since this marking method can perform marking on the base plate F by penetrating the roof interposed between the base plate F and the existing roof tile T, the drilling drill is retracted after the formation of the drilling,
It is a simpler and more reliable method than using another jig and marking it through the perforations H. (2) Plate fixing step The roof tile T on which the perforation H is formed and the two roof tiles T1 and T2 adjacent to the roof tile T in the girder direction X are removed, the roofing material is removed and the roof tile F is exposed. The base plate 26 is erected between the adjacent rafters V and fixed by the same means as described above.
In fixing the base plate 26, the slits 30 correspond to the markings formed on the base plate F in the perforation forming step. (3) Positioning process The support bolt 27 is moved in the row direction along the slit 30 of the base plate 26, and is positioned on the marking that can be seen through the slit 30. At this position, the fixing nut 33 is fastened, and the support bolt 27 is connected to the base plate. Fix to 26. (4) Roof Restoring Step The perforated roof tile T is inserted into the support bolt 27, and the roof tile T
And restore the other tiles T1, T2 removed. At this time, if necessary, the roof is laid on the base plate F. Next, the perforation H is closed with the sealing member 34 in the same manner as in the above-mentioned roofing process. (5) Mount mounting step Since this step is the same as the above, the description is omitted.

In short, according to the present invention, since the pillar bolt 27 projects from the top A of the rugged roofing material T which has good drainage, it is possible to prevent rainwater from entering the penetration portion of the pillar bolt 27 as much as possible. The gantry devices 3 and 3a are arranged above the roofing material T without applying a load applied to the bolt 27 to the roofing material T, and damage to the roofing material T can be prevented. In addition, the bottom raised portion 7 of the support rod 5 is mounted on the column bolt 27 so that the vertical position can be adjusted so that the support rod 5 is arranged parallel to the girder direction X or the flow direction Y of the roof R. That the mounting height position of the gantry device 3 can be set lower than that of the conventional rod made of a square pipe by the recessed height.
In addition, since the height position of the support rod 6 by the support bolt 27 can be freely set, the influence of a strong wind can be reduced.
In addition, by adjusting the mounting height position of the gantry device 3 by the support bolt 27, it is possible to absorb the slate undulation so that the load of the panel 2 and the like is evenly applied to the roof surface R and installed on the gantry device 3. The flatness of the panel 2 can be increased. Especially when the panel 2 is made of a solar cell module,
The space between the roof surface R and the gantry device 3 is secured so that a sufficient heat radiation effect can be obtained from the panel 2, and power can be generated efficiently.

Also, since the panel mounting rods 6 are assembled orthogonally to the supporting rods 5 so as to be arranged in parallel on the supporting rods 5,
The panel 2 can be easily installed on the gantry device 3 simply by fitting and sliding the opposing sides of the panel 2 from the ends of the guide rails 8 and 8a opposed to each other between the panel mounting rods 6, compared with the conventional case. The work efficiency can be greatly improved.
In particular, in the gantry devices 3 and 3a in which the panel mounting rods 6 are arranged in parallel in the girder direction X, before the panel 2 is installed, the abutment member 15 is fixed to the downstream end thereof so that the panel 2 can be dropped. Without this, the panel 2 can be slid between the panel mounting rods 6 sequentially from its upstream end. Further, in the gantry device 3a including only the panel mounting rods 6, the mounting height of the gantry device 3a from the roof surface R can be set low by the height of the supporting rods 5, so that the influence of strong wind can be further reduced, In addition, the number of parts is small, and the mounting work is facilitated, so that the construction cost can be reduced.

The support bolts 27 are provided with the support rods 5 or the panel mounting rods 6 and the support plate 40 for adjusting the vertical position of the support rods 5. The fixed state of the rod 6 can be stabilized, and the vibration from the house can be absorbed by providing the buffer member 41 between the support plate 40 and the support rod 5 or the panel mounting rod 6. I can do it. In particular, when the supporting rod 5 or the panel mounting rod 6 and the supporting plate 40 are made of different metals, if they are brought into contact with each other, a local battery is generated, and corrosion may progress from the contact portion. However, such a phenomenon can be prevented beforehand by interposing the buffer member 41.

When the base plate 26 is installed, in the case of a new construction, the base plate 26 can be fixed on the base plate F on which the roofing material T has not yet been laid. It can be done easily compared to the installed roof. In addition, by using a corrugated steel sheet having a larger area than a normal tile as the roofing material T, it is possible to previously form the perforations H penetrating the column bolts 27, to reduce the number of roofs, and to perform a positioning process. Since the pillar bolt 27 positioned in the above step is only inserted into the perforation H provided in the corrugated steel plate T for roofing, the work efficiency in the roofing process can be improved.
