Decorative panels used in fields requiring a certain level of strength and heat resistance, such as wall materials, flooring materials, furniture and kitchen appliances,
A thermosetting resin decorative board as described above is preferred. Conventionally, this type of decorative board is manufactured by printing a pattern on a base sheet by a method such as gravure printing or offset printing, impregnating the base sheet with a thermosetting resin, and performing hot pressing. Typical impregnated titanium-containing paper for impregnating molding as a base sheet for decorative boards has low air permeability and coarse pulp fiber so that the resin is well impregnated. A paper made by mixing a large amount of color pigment. The printability of such a base sheet is lower than that of other papers such as coated paper and art paper, and when a pattern is printed on the base sheet, the tone of the original document is not sufficiently reproduced, resulting in minute printing omissions. In large quantities. Ink transfer is also unstable and product quality is not stable. When it is difficult to form a pattern by printing, application of a transfer technique can be considered. Attempts have also been made with thermosetting resin decorative boards, but without success. One of the causes is that the pattern ink layer does not adhere well to the base sheet during transfer, which is due to insufficient release properties of the transfer board. On the other hand, because of the relationship between the adhesive and the base sheet, complete impregnation may hinder resin impregnation into the base sheet, and if it is avoided, poor adhesion is likely to occur.

The method for producing a decorative board of the present invention uses a transfer sheet in which a pattern printing layer and an adhesive layer are sequentially provided on a transfer board in which a release layer is formed on the surface of a synthetic resin film. Transfer the pattern to the base sheet for impregnation,
The method comprises impregnating a thermosetting resin into a base sheet provided with a picture, heating and pressurizing to form the sheet and cure the impregnated resin. The transfer of the pattern to the substrate sheet may be performed by a thermal pressure transfer method. The above manufacturing steps are illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 5. FIG. 1 shows a transfer sheet (1), on a surface of a synthetic resin film (2), a release layer (3),
It is manufactured by sequentially laminating the picture print layer (4) and the adhesive layer (5). FIG. 2 shows the mounting sheet of the transfer sheet (1) placed on the resin impregnated base sheet (6) and pressed. The stage at which the synthetic resin film (2) and the release layer (3) are peeled off is shown. The pattern printing layer (4) and the adhesive layer (5) migrate to the resin-impregnated base sheet (6). FIG. 3 shows a substrate sheet to which a transfer has been applied, impregnated with a thermosetting resin. Subsequently, FIG. 4 shows a state where the thermosetting resin-impregnated base sheet is sandwiched between a pair of upper and lower hot plates (9, 9), heated and pressed, and cured. Finally, FIG. 5 shows the decorative panel (7) obtained. The transfer sheet used in the production method of the present invention,
It consists of the following. Examples of the synthetic resin film used as the transfer board include films of polyester, polyolefin, vinyl resin, polycarbonate, polyamide, polystyrene, and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. To ensure the releasability between the transfer sheet and the pattern printing layer,
It is necessary to provide a release layer on the above synthetic resin film,
A mixture of a melamine resin and an acrylic resin is preferable as a material giving sufficient release properties. The pattern printing layer may be formed by a known printing means using a normal printing ink. The adhesive layer is made of acrylic resin, vinyl resin, rubber resin, polyolefin, epoxy resin, urethane resin, melamine resin, butyral resin, etc., considering the appropriateness of the thermosetting resin to be impregnated into the base sheet. What is necessary is just to apply the selected thing by means of the outside ground, and to form it. The suitability for the thermosetting resin to be impregnated means that the adhesive layer transferred to the base sheet does not prevent the impregnation of the resin in the next step. For example, when the melamine resin is impregnated into the base sheet, a mixture of the melamine resin and the butyral resin, particularly a mixture of the mixture in a ratio of 4: 1 to 1: 1 (weight ratio), is suitable as the adhesive. In general, a transfer sheet is provided with a release agent layer on the uppermost surface of a transfer product in order to protect a pattern printing layer, but is not required in the present invention and easily impregnates the resin into the base sheet. So it is better not to have it. The base sheet used in the present invention may be a sheet used in the production of a conventional decorative board. That is, titanium mixed paper,
Kraft paper, tissue paper, cotton cloth, or woven or nonwoven fabric of glass fiber or synthetic resin fiber. Among them, the grammage is 35-14
0 g / m 2, particularly 55~100g / m 2 of titanium mixed paper is good impregnation of the resin is preferable in view to easily express superior design. The thermosetting resin may be selected from those used in the production of decorative boards as described above. The impregnation of the base sheet with the resin, and the heating and pressurization for forming the sheet and curing the resin may be performed according to a known method in the production of decorative boards.
In the case of a melamine resin or a diallyl phthalate resin, a base material sheet is impregnated with a resin solution, pulled up, and after the solvent is volatilized, the sheet is heated and pressed with a mold. In the case of an unsaturated polyester resin, a wet molding method is known in which a base sheet is impregnated with a resin solution by flow coating, followed by heating and pressing with an embossing plate.

The production method of the present invention is a synthetic resin film in which, in the production of a thermosetting resin decorative board, a pattern printing layer is formed on a base material sheet by a transfer method instead of printing, and a high release property is given as a transfer board at that time. By using, it is possible to manufacture a decorative plate having a beautiful appearance without printing omission. In particular, when a transfer sheet having a release layer formed of a mixture of a melamine resin and an acrylic resin is used, the releasability from the pattern printing layer is sufficiently high, and a mixture of a butyral resin and a melamine resin is used as an adhesive. By using an optimal combination using a melamine resin as the thermosetting resin, the adhesive layer after transfer does not hinder the impregnation of the base sheet with the melamine resin, and a decorative board can be easily manufactured.

To form a release layer by heating and curing at a temperature of, to prepare a transfer board. The grain pattern was gravure-printed with the above printing ink on the release layer of this transfer board, and the above adhesive was roll-coated to obtain a transfer sheet. A base sheet of decorative board base paper “KW-80” (produced by Kojin) having a basis weight of 80 g / m 2 is used as a base sheet, and the above-mentioned transfer sheet is superimposed on the base sheet. Transcribed. This sheet was impregnated with a melamine resin, the solvent was evaporated, and then hot-pressed to obtain a melamine resin decorative plate.
