鈎部の上端に設けた膨頭を２枚の分割取付環部によつて
包むように保持したこと。

【考案の詳細な説明】

【考案の属する技術分野】本考案は、なす環の改良に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来のなす環は、図４に示すように取付環部Ｒの接続孔Ｆに 引掛鈎部Ｈ上端に設けた頚部Ｎを挿通してその突出先端をかしめ止めしている。 又図示はしていないが前記頚部Ｎの先端に膨頭を設け、その膨頭より接続孔 Ｆを一回り大きく形成し、膨頭を差し込んだ後接続孔Ｆの両側を押しつぶして 接続している。従って製作的にむりがあり、強度的に非常に弱かつた、それにプ レス加工に際し痕ができて体裁を損ない商品価値が低下する等の欠点があつた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】本考案の課題は、従来のようなかしめや押 しつぶし加工がなく、自然でむりがなく強度的にも全く心配もなく非常に丈夫な なす環を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案の手段は、取付環部を形成する２枚の 薄い分割取付環部と、上端に膨頭を突設した引掛鈎部とから構成され、分割取付 環部には引掛鈎部の膨頭が嵌まる適合凹部を形成し、かつ両分割取付環部を重合 して複数開設した小孔に鋲を挿通し両分割取付環部を固着したこと。 又取付環部を形成する２つの分割取付環部を折目を介して一体に形成し、両分 割取付環部を折曲げて重合し、引掛鈎部の膨頭を分割取付環部の適合凹部に嵌め 、両分割取付環部を互いに固着したことも本考案の手段即ち構成とするものであ る。

【考案の実施の形態】図１の（ａ）及び（ｂ）に示す第１の例において、１ は取付環部で半分厚に形成した薄い分割取付環部１ａ、１ｂとから形成される。 ２は引掛鈎部で上端に分割取付環部１ａ、１ｂの下端中央に設けた適合凹部３ａ 、３ｂに係合する膨頭４を形成する。そして膨頭４を適合凹部３ａ、３ｂに嵌め 込んだ後両分割取付環部１ａ、１ｂを重合し、両分割取付環部１ａ、１ｂに設け た小孔５に鋲６を挿通して固着する。 次に図２の（ａ）（ｂ）及び第３図の（ａ）（ｂ）に示す例においては取付環 部１を形成する分割取付環部１ａ、１ｂを折目７を介して一体に形成し、折目７ より折曲げて重合するようにしたもので、図２においては前記折目７を両分割取 付環部１ａ、１ｂの上端に設け、適合凹部３ａ、３ｂを両分割取付環部１ａ、１ ｂの下端に形成したものであり、図３においては折目７を両分割取付環部１ａ、 １ｂの下端に設け、その折曲げ部中央に切欠８を形成し、その切欠８の上側に適 合凹部３ａ、３ｂを形成したもので、両分割取付環部１ａ、１ｂの上端部はスポ ット溶接により固着する。その他の構成は前記第１の例と同様である。尚図中の 符号９は引掛鈎部２に取付けた閉止片で板ばね１０を作用させてある。

【考案の効果】本考案のなす環は、以上記述したように取付環部を薄くして ２枚に分割し、これを重合して引掛鈎部を包むように保持するので、引掛鈎部は 円滑に回動する、それに従来のように引掛鈎部の上端を取付環部にかしめ止めし ないですむので制作上極めて有利である。

  1. 【請求項１】取付環部を形成する２枚の薄い分割取付環
    部と、上端に膨頭を突設した引掛鈎部とから構成され、
    分割取付環部には引掛鈎部の膨頭が嵌まる適合凹部を形
    成し、かつ両分割取付環部を重合して複数開設した小孔
    に鋲を挿通し両分割取付環部を固着したことを特徴とす
    るなす環。
  2. 【請求項２】取付環部を形成する２つの分割取付環部を
    折目を介して一体に形成し、両分割取付環部を互いに折
    目より折曲げて重合したとき引掛鈎部の上端に設けた膨
    頭が嵌まる適合凹部を形成し、かつ両分割取付環部を互
    いに固着したことを特徴とするなす環。
