体は、その中間部に人が出入り可能な出入口を開口して
も必要な剛性が確保され、逆梁で囲まれる床下空間を一
つの物品収納室とし利用することができ、従来のように
スラブからの束や支持壁により床構造体を支えることが
なくなり、これにより物品収納室の有効収納容積を拡大
できるとともに物品の出入れやその取扱が容易になる。
