おいて、両端部の切断位置に誤差を生ずると、竿素材の
端部を基準とした、竿素材の所定位置の外径の値にも誤
差を生ずるため、前述のようにシートベースを固定しよ
うとした場合に、シートベース内面と竿素材の外面との
間に隙間を生じてガタツキの原因になったり、シートベ
ースを所定の位置まで送り込めないことの原因になるこ
ともあり、竿素材の外面の決まった位置に対して確実に
シートベースを形成する技術が望まれている。そこで、
竿素材に外面に金型を配し、この金型と竿素材との間に
樹脂を注入する、所謂、インジェクションの手段によ
り、竿素材の外面に対して脚受け部を直接形成すること
も考えるが、竿素材はシート状のプリプレグをマンドレ
ルに巻回して形成されるため、成型後にはプリプレグの
重なり部分の肉厚が大きくなって、その外面形状が真円
になり難い。従って、このような形状の竿素材の外面に
対して金型を直接配置しても金型と竿素材とを密着させ
ることが困難となり、成型後に金型から漏出した樹脂、
所謂、バリの取り除きに手間を要する等、改善の余地が
ある。本発明の目的は、竿素材の所定の位置に決まった
形状の脚受け部を、無理なく強固に形成する釣り竿の製
造方法とその釣り竿を合理的に得る点にある。

ースの重心を一致させ得るものとなり、竿のバランスを
向上させることも可能になる。

せ、樹脂Pの注入によりシートベース4を形成する。
尚、この方法によると、竿素材6の外面と金型8,8の
内面との間の1箇所における寸法管理だけで成型が可能
となる。 (ハ) 環状体を竿素材の外面に対して、接着剤を用い
て固定する。(ニ) 芯金に対して巻回したプリプレグ
を焼成して製作される竿素材では、この芯金を抜き取る
工程以前に、前述したようにシートベースを形成する。
尚、このように芯金の抜き取り前にシートベースを形成
する場合には、金型に対する樹脂の注入圧によって竿素
材を傷めることが皆無となる。 (ホ) 射出成形に用いる樹脂中にガラス繊維、ナイロ
ン繊維等を含ませて強度を向上させた状態に成形する。 (ヘ) リールシートの構造をネジ送りによって可動フ
ードの移動を行う形態のものに構成する。
