の逆U字形折曲げ部6の下部外周に環状溝6aを設け、
内側カップ2の底部と外側カップ1の底部間にゼリ−状
保冷材7を装填したのち、前記内側カップ2の逆U字形
折曲げ部6の下端を環状溝5内に圧入し、前記外側カッ
プ1の上部を内側カップ2に対し高周波加熱により溶着

は布を添着したので、底部の保冷材と相まってより優れ
た保冷効果を発揮する。外側カップの底面及び側胴内周
面に断熱性シ−ト材を嵌装したので、これ又ゼリ−状保
冷材と相埃って保冷効果の向上に寄与している。さら
に、内側カップをステンレス製にしたので、何回もの使
用後にも傷がつかず、きわめて衛生的である。ゼリ−状
保冷材が冷凍室で冷凍されることにより、体積が増大
し、外側カップの圧入溶着部分から、内側カップを押し
上げようとする力が発生する。
