2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a foamed plastic sheet is used as an industrial material, the foamed plastic sheet is used.
The foamed plastic sheet is heat-compressed by about 4/5 to 1/20 of its thickness to increase the specific gravity of the foamed plastic sheet, and to impart properties such as surface smoothness, increased hardness, elongation and tensile strength. That is being done. As a method for thermally compressing this long foamed plastic sheet, a foamed plastic sheet is introduced from one end between the upper and lower hot plates of a normal hot press, and heated and compressed by applying a hot plate from above and below. The hot compressed part is discharged from the other end and a new part of the foamed plastic sheet is introduced between the hot plates,
Similarly, heat compression is performed, and this operation is continuously repeated to heat-compress the long foamed plastic sheet. But,
The foamed plastic sheet obtained by such a method
Streaks are generated at certain gaps on the surface of the heat-compressed molded product, which significantly reduces the quality of the product. In particular, plastic films such as polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. When laminating or sticking, the streaks generated at the time of heat compression appear on the surface of the epidermis, and the product obtained therefrom has a drawback that its quality is significantly reduced.

[0003] This point will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of the conventional method. In FIG. 2, a long foamed plastic sheet is inserted between hot presses 2, and is heated and compressed by a hot plate 2 from above and below. Subsequently, the heat-compressed portion is discharged from the other end and the foamed plastic sheet is discharged. When a new portion of the sheet is introduced between the hot plates and hot-pressed in the same manner, and this operation is continuously repeated to hot-press the long foamed plastic sheet, as shown in FIG. The muscles 5 appear at regular intervals.

As a result of various studies on the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present inventor found that the streaks generated on the surface of the plastic sheet which had been hot-pressed were at the end of the hot press at the time of introduction and at the time of discharge. The present invention was completed as a result of finding out that it occurred at the boundary part which was thermally compressed and studied to improve it. To provide a method for molding the gate.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The gist of the present invention is that a long foamed plastic sheet is inserted between hot plates of a hot press and thermally compressed to produce a long foamed plastic sheet thermocompression molded product. A method for producing a hot-pressed molded article, characterized in that a hot-pressed area is provided near the inlet and outlet of the foamed plastic sheet to the hot press and a pressure release area at a temperature lower than the temperature of the hot plate is provided. It is a manufacturing method. As a method of providing a low temperature pressure release area, for example, a metal plate longer than the length of the hot press hot plate in the sheet flow direction is interposed between the long foamed plastic sheet and the hot plate,
Alternatively, it is possible to provide the curvature R at both ends of the hot plate itself, and cool this portion. By performing such a method, a product having no streaks on the surface of the plastic sheet can be obtained.

[0006] The foamed plastic sheet in the present invention is not particularly limited, but examples include foamed polypropylene, foamed polyethylene, foamed polyurethane and the like. Stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, metal plate to be interposed between hot plate of hot press and foam plastic sheet,
Any of iron plate, copper, etc. may be used. In this case, it is necessary to use a metal plate larger than the hot press hot plate, and the portion protruding from the hot press hot plate is lower than the temperature of the hot plate and forms a pressure release portion. The size of the metal plate is about 100 m in the sheet flow direction of the hot press hot plate.

[0007] Further, it is possible to form a pressure release portion lower than the temperature of the hot plate by providing a curvature R at both ends of the hot plate of the hot press and cooling the portion. In this case, it becomes easy to insert the foamed plastic sheet between the hot presses. The above-described method may be combined as a method for providing a pressure release region at a temperature lower than the temperature of the hot plate. For example, one of the hot plates may be provided with a curvature R and the portion may be cooled, and a metal plate may be attached to the other hot plate opposed thereto.

Next, the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG.
FIG. 2 is a side view of the manufacturing method according to the present invention. FIG. 1 (a)
In FIG. 1, the foamed plastic sheet 1 is inserted between metal plates 3 provided on a hot plate 2 of a hot press and thermally compressed. The end 4 of the metal plate 3 protrudes outside the hot plate 2 of the hot press. The temperature of the protruding portion is lower than the temperature of the hot plate because it is in contact with air. Lower than the part where it is, forming a pressure relief part. (B) is a side view of another embodiment of the present invention. In the drawing, a heat insulating material 8 is used at both ends of the hot plate 2 to divide it from the center, and a cooling pipe 7 is installed at this end to form a cooling section 6, and a curvature R is provided on the surface thereof. When the plastic sheet is pressurized with such a hot plate, the temperature at both ends of the hot plate is lower than the temperature at the center of the hot plate, and the hot plate itself has a curvature R. Form.

Next, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the following examples. Example 1 A polyurethane sheet having a length of 60 m and a width of 1000 mm and a thickness of 15 mm was heated to a thickness of 1.5 m using a hot press of 1500 mm in width and 1000 mm in depth (in the flow direction of the sheet).
m (1/10 compression). In this case, FIG.
As shown in the figure, two aluminum plates having a width of 1200 mm and a depth of 1200 mm (sheet flow direction) and a thickness of 3 mm are placed between the polyurethane sheet and the hot plate.
Heat compress at 30 ° C. for about 30 seconds. No streaks were formed on the surface of the obtained product, and the appearance was extremely good. When the same hot press was used and heat compression was performed under the same conditions as above except that no aluminum plate was used on the upper and lower sides, stripes parallel to the width direction were formed on the surface of the product at intervals of about 1000 mm.
