イオード素子1個ずつ自動的にハンドリングしてピンセ
ットによって外観を損うことなく良品を整列し、不良品
を廃棄することが可能となり、処理能力と歩留を向上せ
しめる効果を有する。さらにモニタテレビ上に映像を映
し出せることによって、複数の作業者が同時に状態を把
握することが可能となり、作業者間のが間検査基準のば
らつきをなくすることができる効果を有する。
