Description of the Related Art As seen in the Great Hanshin Earthquake, concrete structures such as piers collapsed due to shear failure or buckling failure when large vertical loads and horizontal loads were simultaneously applied, indicating that there was a problem with earthquake resistance. . This is due to the brittle collapse property of concrete and needs to be improved. That is, there is a demand for a highly tough structure that minimizes damage so that it does not collapse even if it breaks.

Manufacturing a fixing hybrid prefab segment protruding into the hollow portion of the structure, assembling these segments on a foundation while welding and joining adjacent segments together to form a hollow columnar structure, and fixing the hybrid prefab segment for fixing. This is a method of constructing a columnar structure using a hybrid prefab segment, wherein a PC cable is vertically disposed between a chin and a foundation and tensioned and fixed.

There was also a construction method using precast concrete segments because of the merit such as shortening the construction period by being able to manufacture members in parallel with site construction. However, there has been no method of using precast concrete segments whose main purpose is to improve rigidity and toughness.

The shape of this hybrid prefab segment is devised, and the adjacent joint surfaces are arranged so that the horizontal and vertical surfaces are displaced from each other, so that the horizontal force and the vertical force are not concentrated on the same welding line. (B) A PC cable is provided in the hollow portion of the hollow columnar structure by an external cable system, and a tension is introduced to the PC cable to oppose the bending tensile force of the columnar structure. (C) The amount of PC cables to be installed is reduced at the upper part. Thus, it is possible to obtain a columnar structure which is very rational and has excellent rigidity and toughness.

A tough columnar structure is obtained. In addition, the shearing force due to horizontal force is received by the composite section of steel and concrete, and the bending stress is borne by the PC cable provided inside. By decreasing the amount of installation as it goes, it is possible to rationally arrange the devices and eliminate waste.

する。In manufacturing the hybrid prefab segment, a steel plate having a thickness of 10 mm is used, a number of ribs are provided inside the steel plate for adhesion and reinforcement to concrete, and a factory is manufactured by a welding structure. The size of the segment was determined in consideration of transportation. The construction order of the columnar structure of the embodiment is as follows. (1) A foundation pile is constructed by a known method, anchor bolts 4 are buried in predetermined positions, and foundation concrete 2 is constructed. (2) A yard is provided near the construction site of the columnar structure, and concrete 12 is placed on the steel shell segment 11 brought in from the factory.
(See FIG. 6) to produce the hybrid prefab segment 10 and the fixing segment 20. (3) The base steel shell concrete segment 3 is installed at a predetermined position on the foundation concrete 2 and the anchor bolt 4
And fix it to the foundation concrete 2 and cast footing concrete. (4) While sequentially aligning the hybrid prefab segments 10 with the guide projections 13 (see FIG. 6),
4 is coated with a resin-based adhesive having both rust prevention and adhesion, and stacked, and the joint surface is joined to the outer and inner shells by welding 15. (5) When the stack is built up to the predetermined height, the PC cable 30 is hung from the upper part, and the fixing flange 2 of the fixing block 20 is fixed.
1 includes a support plate 34, a washer 33, and a nut 32.
Attach the C cable fixing body and tighten with a tension jack to fix.
