2. Description of the Related Art In relatively large buildings such as buildings and factories, partition members such as walls and floors are formed of fire-resistant slabs in order to prevent the spread of fire inside the buildings. However,
Even in a building in which such a fire spread prevention measure is taken, various pipes and cables are laid through through holes formed in the partition member in order to supply and drain water and supply power. Therefore, in order to completely prevent the spread of fire, it is important to take measures to prevent fire in the pipes and cables.
In particular, pipes used for water supply and drainage have large diameters and are hollow, so if they are burned out or melted in a fire, flames and smoke will flow out through the through holes to the adjacent section, and the fire resistant slab There is no point in using.

[0003] In order to solve such a problem, various proposals have conventionally been made. For example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-32756, a flame-retardant sheet is wound around the outside of a synthetic resin tube and protruded from both sides of the partition member, and further formed into a desired shape between the flame-retardant sheet and the through-hole. A penetration fire protection structure is described that is filled with a molded thermally expandable insulation. In this structure, when a fire occurs on one side of the partition member, the exposed portion of the synthetic resin tube is burned out, while the heat-expandable insulating material expands, and the unburned portion of the synthetic resin tube is put inside together with the flame-retardant sheet. Crush. As a result, the through hole is closed, and the leakage of the flame and smoke is prevented.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-49981 discloses a cable comprising a half-split metal pot inserted into a through hole and a half-split metal sleeve inserted into the center of the pot. Fire protection kits for penetrations have been proposed. A heat-expanding heat-insulating material for holding the cable is fixed to the inner surfaces of the pot and the sleeve, and gaps and boundaries between the respective parts are filled or covered with a heat-expandable heat-insulating putty at the time of construction. Also in this device, when a fire occurs on one side of the partition member, the heat-expandable insulating material expands, compresses the cable inward, and closes the gap to prevent the leakage of flame or smoke.

However, the above-described conventional fire protection structure and fire protection kit have the following problems. That is, in Japanese Unexamined Utility Model Publication No. 4-32756, a preformed thermally expandable heat insulating material is inserted between a flame retardant sheet and a through hole at a construction site, so that the through hole, the thermal expansion There is a problem that a gap is easily formed between the heat insulating material and the flame-retardant sheet, the heat-expandable heat insulating material falls out of the through-hole, and it is difficult to secure airtightness in normal times. Further, when the size of the heat-expandable heat insulating material is increased in order to eliminate the gap, there has been a drawback that the insertion work becomes extremely difficult and much labor and time are required for construction. Furthermore, since the length of the heat-expandable heat insulating material is limited within the partition member, there is a possibility that the intended fire prevention performance cannot be ensured when a fire occurs for a long time.

On the other hand, according to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 4-49981, the former problem of performance or construction can be almost solved. However, this apparatus requires a press die having a complicated shape for manufacturing a pot or a sleeve, and has a problem that the initial cost of the manufacturing equipment is increased. In addition, since the heat-expandable heat insulating material is fixed to the inner surface of the pot or sleeve in advance, the applicable range of the held object is naturally narrow, and it is necessary to prepare a plurality of kits according to the outer diameter of the cable and the number of cables to be converged. Was.

Next, the operation of this embodiment in the event of a fire will be described. In this embodiment, when a fire occurs in the lower part of the floor 1, the pipe 3 is made of polyethylene, so that it is softened at a temperature of about 110 to 130 degrees, and at the same time, thermally expands with the thermally expandable heat insulating material 4 at the lower end. The heat-insulating putty 11 starts to expand.
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, the pipe 3 is pushed to the inner diameter side by the heat-expandable heat insulating material 4 and the heat-expandable heat-insulating putty 11, and its diameter starts to decrease. Then, when the heat becomes strong, the lower part of the pipe 3 is burned off at a temperature of several hundred degrees, while the thermally expandable heat insulating material 4 and the thermally expandable heat insulating putty 11 at the lower end further expand,
Things in the lower center also begin to expand. Then, the burnt gap of the pipe 3 is closed by the heat-expandable heat insulating material 4 and the heat-expandable heat-insulating putty 11 at the lower end, and the pipe 3 directly above the heat-expandable heat insulating material 4 at the lower center. It is crushed by the expansive heat insulating putty 11. As a result, the flow of flame and smoke is shut off, and the spread of fire and the like are completely prevented. In addition, due to the heat insulating action of the rock wool 5 interposed between the heat-expandable heat insulating materials 4, a rise in the temperature of the sleeve 7 and the like in the upper portion of the floor 1 is suppressed to a low level.

The present inventors conducted a fire resistance test in which the temperature was raised from 700 ° C. to 1000 ° C. under the floor 1 over about 2 hours. Almost no change was observed in the heat-insulating putty 11 and it was confirmed that the fire-resistant performance had a sufficient margin. In this test, a part of the heat-expandable heat insulating material 4 and the heat-expandable heat-insulating putty 11 at the lower end was ashed, but ignition did not occur. The maximum temperature of the sleeve 7 and the pipe 3 at the upper end surface of the floor 1 was about 180 degrees, and the maximum temperature of the pipe 3 at the upper end of the sleeve 7 was about 80 degrees. In addition, substantially the same results were obtained when a fire resistance test in which the temperature was raised above the floor 1 was performed.

FIG. 9 shows an example in which a pipe is laid through a wall. As shown in this figure, when the pipe 3 is laid by penetrating the wall 15, the fire prevention treatment is performed by using the same process as that for the floor 1. However, unlike the case of the floor 1, in the case of the wall 15, the flame at the time of fire is from the side of the sleeve 7, and the thermal conditions are not severe. for that reason,
The length of the center and left and right rock wools 5 is 70
mm and 65 mm, and the overall length of the sleeve 7 was 400 mm, and almost the same fire resistance performance as that of the floor 1 could be obtained.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the worker is allowed to wind the heat-expandable insulating material and the rock wool alternately around the outer periphery of the pipe at the construction site. By appropriately adjusting the thickness, it is possible to perform fire prevention treatment for various types of pipes having different outer diameters with the same sleeve. In addition, if a fire occurs on one side of the partition member after construction, the heat-expandable insulating material expands and crushes the synthetic resin pipe inward to close the gap, and cooperates with rock wool to block the space. In order to prevent a temperature rise on the other side of the member, the flow of the flame or smoke is shut off, and the spread of fire or the like is completely prevented.
