(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 無機粉体材料と軽量骨材との配合材料に
水を添加してなるスラリーを、一定速度で移動する脱水
成形ベルト上に層状に供給して成層する方法において、
前記スラリーを成形ベルトに供給後、該スラリー層表面
に乾燥した着色粉末、無機顔料等よりなる化粧粉末を成
形ベルトの長手方向で少なくとも2段階に分けて層状に
散布し、その後に表面より押圧しつつ脱水成形ベルトで
吸引脱水しつつ製板することを特徴とする化粧建材の製
造方法。

層の表面より押圧しつつ脱水成形ベルトで吸引脱水する
プレス手段と、を備えていることを特徴とする化粧建材
の製造装置。
