[Industrial applications] Conventionally, to transport this type of art, after covering the entire surface of the art with a cloth or the like, store the cardboard or wooden box packaging box, and use old newspaper or foam in the internal space. The packaging was finished by filling with resin waste and the like as stuffing. In addition, a mold (foam mold) that matches the shape of the work of art is designed, the interior is formed using an inexpensive wooden mold, and the exterior is made with a cushion that is molded simultaneously with the packing box. The procedure of putting the goods and delivering them to the packing box was adopted. On the other hand, it was a common practice to preserve artworks by laying them out on the floor or shelves of a warehouse or storage room as they are.

In the conventional packing method for transport, when using stuffing, rattling is likely to occur between the packing box and the like due to vibrations during transportation, and it is perfect for transporting irreplaceable precious works of art. There is a fear that it is difficult to anticipate. In addition, the use of the above-described cushion body not only requires time and effort to make the cushion body, but also increases the cost. On the other hand, when storing in a storage, etc., it is not possible to store it in its original form, or simply by wrapping a cloth etc. lightly, so that not only can the storage area be increased, but also facilities and equipment to deal with humidity and room temperature are required. In particular, there are complicated problems, such as the need to give due consideration to earthquake countermeasures. The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is possible to seal and cover valuable artworks by simple means for complete safe transportation, and to save space by stacking for preservation. It is another object of the present invention to provide a method of packing artworks that can be safely stored without being affected by the environment inside the warehouse. [Means for Solving the Problems] In the method for packing an art object according to the present invention, the art object is formed into a semi-package in which the entire surface is covered with a packaging material to which urethane does not adhere, and a concave part foam generated on the surface of the attached packaging material. Filled by spraying urethane stock solution to make a package. This package is placed on a base plate having a desired shape, and the distal ends thereof are gathered upward and tied together so as to wrap the package with a plurality of wires each having a base end attached to the base plate. Packaged. Therefore, a foamed urethane stock solution is sprayed on the semi-packaged product including the base plate to form a hard raw urethane foam layer having a desired thickness and sealed and coated to form a packaged product, which is then stored in a packing box. . [Effect] Since the artwork is sealed and covered with a hard urethane foam layer according to the above-mentioned packing method, it is completely safe to transport and store it in order to block external impacts and environmental influences on the artwork. Can be achieved. Also, when removing the art object, the rigid urethane foam layer is cut right by unfastening the wire and pulling the tip radially, so if the hard urethane foam layer that has been divided so as to peel the orange peel is removed. The semi-packed body can be taken out. Thus, the artwork can be obtained by removing the packaging material. [Embodiment] An embodiment of a method for packing a work of art according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As an example of a work of art in this embodiment, a sculpture 1 of a head image shown in FIG. 1 is used. The method of packing the engraving 1 is performed according to the following steps. (1) First, the entire surface of the sculpture 1 is wiped with a cloth or the like, or is cleaned by radiating compressed air, and then the sculpture 1 is covered with a cloth, vinyl, or cellophane as a packaging material 2 to which urethane does not adhere. A wrapping process for forming the package 1A is performed. (See Fig. II) (2) When the entire surface is covered as described above, depending on the shape of the engraving 1, the concave portion 2h may be formed on the surface of the wound packaging material 2 in some places.
Therefore, in this place, the concave portion 2h is filled and eliminated by the spray gun S spray of the urethane foam solution 3, and the concave portion 2h is eliminated, and the packaged surface is flattened to form the package 1B. I do. (See FIG. III.) The urethane foam solution 3 strongly adheres to the target surface by one injection, starts to expand in 2 to 5 seconds, and solidifies to about 10 to 30.
mm, and any gaps can be completely closed. (3) Next, a plurality of wires 4 are provided at required places.
After the package 1B is placed on the base plate 5 of a required shape to which the base end 4k of the
Are guided upward along the outer peripheral surface of the package 1B, and the leading end portions 4s are gathered and secured using the wire 7 to perform a temporary packaging process of the semi-packaged product 1C. (Refer to FIG. IV.) (4) The semi-packaged product 1C is sprayed with the urethane foaming liquid 3 by the spray gun S on the entire surface including the base plate 5 and the spraying is repeated to at least 10 cm or more. A spraying step is performed in which a rigid urethane foam layer 8 having a thickness is formed, the entire surface is coated, and a sealed package 1D is formed. (See FIG. V in the figure.) (5) Finally, the packaged product 1D is cut off from an excessively protruding portion of the hard urethane foam layer 8 in accordance with the internal shape of the packing box 9, and the packing box 9 is rattled. In the case where the container is accommodated without a container or a large packing box is used, a space between the inside of the packing box and the inner surface of the packing box is filled by injection injection of the urethane foam solution 3, and then a lid 9f is applied to pack the package. (See Figure VI
Through the above steps, a package 10 in which the package 1D that completely covers the engraving 1 in a tightly sealed manner can be obtained can be obtained. That is, according to the packaging 10, the sculpture 1 is completely protected by the hard urethane foam layer 8 which is lightweight, has high elasticity, and is excellent in heat resistance and moisture resistance. It can be safely transported and stored, and can be stored by stacking the packages 10. For storage, the package 10 may be omitted while keeping the package 1D. Next, a method for unloading the sculpture 1 will be described. (1) Unpack 10 and take out package 1D from packing box 9 and place it on a desk. (2) When the wire 7 which has the tip 4s of the wire 4 gathered and tied is released and the tip 4S is radially pulled outward, a plurality of splits 8W can be formed in the rigid urethane foam layer 8. . (See Fig. I) (3) Then, if the hard urethane foam layer 8 is peeled off in the manner of peeling oranges, the semi-packaged body 1A can be easily and easily taken out without damaging the internal sculpture 1. Can be. (Refer to FIG. II) (4) Further, the engraving 1 can be obtained by peeling the packaging material 2 from the semi-packaged body 1A. In addition, the urethane foam stock solution 3 uniquely developed is a two-component (mixing ratio of 1: 1) of isocyanate and resin, and the temperature during the injection foaming operation is suitably 20 to 24 ° C. The standard foaming (reaction) rates are as shown in the following table. Further, the reaction speed can be adjusted depending on the customer's request. The gases generated during foaming are Freon-11 and carbon dioxide, no toxic gas is generated, and the density of the foam after foaming is about
It is 10kg / m 3 and lightweight. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, a method of removing an art object, and covering the entire surface with a hard urethane foam layer which is easy to finish and packing it in a sealed package is provided. Since it is completely isolated and protected from the outside by the rich hard urethane foam layer, it is not only light and easy to handle when transporting, there is no risk of being damaged, damaged or stained. Since it has excellent heat resistance and moisture resistance, there is no possibility that the artwork will be altered by the influence of the outside world. Furthermore, it is possible to finish a desired shape of a packaged article of any shape, and to freely adjust the thickness of the rigid urethane foam layer according to the weight and size of the piece of art. The work is simple, hassle-free and economical. In addition, the storage is irrelevant to changes in the external environment and has high durability, and can be stacked, so that the storage area is small.
