抗化も行なわれたがそれにも限界があり、最良の方法と
して近年検討され始めているのが左右から同一駆動波形
をかける方法である。

役割りをはたすため、液晶だめ13に基板端面11を接触さ
せた後すぐに真空を破壊してもシール部材6により囲ま
れた液晶パネル内に空気が侵入してしまうなどの不具合
は一切発生しなかった。その後、第3図に示す上基板用
切断ライン8及び下基板用切断ライン7で周辺部を除去
することにより、液晶を導くためのシール部材5を取り
除くとともに外部接続用端子部9、10を露出させた後、
注入口部3を封止して液晶パネル2とした。この方法を
採用することにより、注入口側に外部接続用端子部のな
い従来の液晶パネルとまったく同様なラインで注入口側
に外部接続用端子のある液晶パネルを製造することがで
き、また第4図13に示す液晶だめの量も従来通りの深さ
で可能なことから、量産性、品質性ともにまったく問題
のない液晶パネルを作製することが可能となった。
