ラが発生しやすい。これを解消する手段として、ポンプ
容量のアップと配管の径を大きくすることが考えられる
が、前記の二液硬化型塗料の可使時間は2〜3時間でこ
れ以上時間がたつと配管内の塗料を廃棄しなければなら
ないので、材料の無駄が大きい。

のポンプよりも下流側に設けた切替手段により、塗料の
塗布の際には配管の供給側と戻り側の双方から圧力が
かかることとなり、配管を細くしても末端の分岐枝管で
圧力の低下はなく、塗料の塗布ムラが発生することがな
い。また上記切替手段により塗布を行っていない時は塗
料を循環せしめるようにしたので、塗料の色味が変化し
たり、アルミニウム粒子が沈降したり、更には塗料表面
に皮バリが生じたりすることがない。特に請求項2のよ
うに、塗料として、二液硬化型の塗料を使用した場合に
は、可使時間経過により廃棄する塗料が少量ですむ利点
がある。請求項3では、塗料を取り出さない場合に
