【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は撮影用露光機能を予
め付与した写真フイルム包装ユニット（以下「レンズ付
きフイルムユニット」と称する）のリサイクルに係るも
のである。

【従来の技術】従来の写真撮影においては、カメラにフ
イルムを装填して行なわれるのが通例である。しかしカ
メラを常時携帯している人は少数であり、撮影したいと
きにカメラが手元にないという不便があった。その場
合、通常写真フイルムを購入するように低価格でレンズ
付きフイルムユニットを最寄りの商店から購入すること
ができ、撮影後従来の写真フイルムと同様に、そのレン
ズ付きフイルムユニットごと、ＤＰＥを依頼できれば非
常に便利である。このような考え方のレンズ付きフイル
ムユニットに類するものと考えられるものとして米国特
許２、９３３、０２７号に技術開示がなされていた。
【０００３】しかしながら、このようなレンズ付きフイ
ルムユニットは、構造を非常に簡単にして、低価格化を
実現しており、レンズ付きフイルムユニットごとにＤＰ
Ｅに渡されるとフイルムを取出した後はユニット本体の
価値は既にないものと考えて廃棄処分されていた。しか
しながら、レンズ付きフイルムユニットが低価格で、耐
久性が低いとしても、まだ使用できるものを１回だけで
廃棄するのは省資源の観点から浪費であると考えられる
場合がある。そこで、使用済みのレンズ付きフイルムユ
ニットをＤＰＥ依頼して出した後、フイルム現像所、ユ
ニットの製造メーカがユニットケース本体或いは部品を
再利用することが考えられ、一方ユーザーサービスの点
からも、現像済フイルムと共に、ユニット本体をも返却
することが考えられ、更には新たなフイルムを装填して
同じユーザーに返却することもできる。
【０００４】しかしながら、このようなレンズ付きフイ
ルムユニットは、少数本のフイルムの撮影ができる程度
の耐久性しか有しておらず、写真の品質保証をする上で
無制限な再使用は好ましくない。従ってこのようなレン
ズ付きフイルムユニットではユーザ並びにラボ側に注意
を喚起する為に、フイルムの装填回数を明示できれば極
めて便利である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明はこのような事
情に鑑みてなされたもので、フイルムの装填回数を明示
できるレンズ付きフイルムユニットを提供することを目
的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】本発明は前記目的を達成
するために、予め未露光フイルムに露光を与える露光機
能を有し、撮影完了後は、露光済フイルムを取出して新
たな未露光フイルムが装填されるようにしたレンズ付き
フイルムユニットにおいて、未露光フイルムの装填に連
動して未露光フイルムの装填回数を計数するように作動
するカウンターを設けたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】以下添付図面に従って本発明に係
るレンズ付きフイルムユニットの好ましい実施の形態を
詳説する。第１図に従ってレンズ付きフイルムユニット
本体１０について説明すると、１４は撮影レンズ、１６
はファインダ用遮光筒、１８はシャッタレリーズボタ
ン、２０はフィルム巻上ノブである。撮影レンズ１４の
周囲には同芯上で階段状に拡がるようにして形成された
遮光筒２２が形成され、この階段状の段差がついた遮光
筒２２により撮影時に不要な乱反射が起こらないように
なっている。同様にファインダ用遮光筒１６にも階段状
に拡がった段差が形成され、この為光の乱反射が防止さ
れ、被写体を観察し易いようになっている。シャッタレ
リーズボタン１８はレンズ付きフイルムユニット本体１
０の凹部２４内に位置し、シャッタレリーズボタン１８
の表面はレンズ付きフイルムユニット本体１０の表面と
同一面上にあるか、又はレンズ付きフイルムユニット本
体１０の表面の内側に位置するようにその高さが低く設
定されている。同様にフィルム巻上ノブ２０はレンズ付
きフイルムユニット前面の下縁に形成された凹部２６内
に位置し、シャッタレリーズボタン１８と同様に巻上ノ
ブ２０の表面はレンズ付きフイルムユニット本体１０の
表面から突出しないように構成されている。
【０００８】このユニットには、レンズ１４、ファイン
ダ１６、レリーズボタン１８、巻上げノブ２０等に対応
する部分に穴をあけた包装用化粧箱が被せられており、
撮影者は、この化粧箱の開口を通して、撮影操作するよ
うになっている。第２図では１１０型フィルムが装填さ
れたレンズ付きフイルムユニット本体１０の背面が示さ
れている。第２図に示すようにレンズ付きフイルムユニ
ット本体１０の背面は開放面２８として構成され、この
開放面２８内に１１０型フィルムカートリッジ３０が挿
入されるフィルム収納室が形成される。撮影レンズ１４
の周囲には図示しない矩形状の撮影用開口部が形成さ
れ、フィルムカートリッジ３０をレンズ付きフイルムユ
ニット本体１０内に装填すると、この撮影用開口部にフ
ィルムカートリッジ３０の露光面が位置するようになっ
ている。１１０フィルムカートリッジ３０は、周知のよ
うにフィルム供給室とフィルム巻取室間に露光枠を設け
た平面状連結部を有し、カートリッジ内部にはフィルム
を保護紙でくるんだ形でフィルムが納められている。保
護紙の背面側にはフィルムの一画面間隔をもってフレー
ム数字が記録され、この数字が背面の窓５２から表示さ
れるようになっている。更にフィルムカートリッジ３０
には巻取室に周知のように図示しない巻上用ギアが形成
されており、フィルムカートリッジ３０をレンズ付きフ
イルムユニット本体１０内に装填すると、このギアはレ
ンズ付きフイルムユニット本体１０の下側のギアと噛み
合うようになっている。このギアは前記フイルム巻上ノ
ブ２０と一体に形成されており、従って巻上ノブ２０を
回動することによりフィルムカートリッジ３０内のフィ
ルムを撮影終了毎に巻上げることが出来る。
【０００９】レンズ付きフイルムユニット本体１０の背
面は前記したように開放面２８として構成されている
が、フィルムカートリッジ３０が装填され，その背面か
ら圧板３６を設けることにより、フィルムカートリッジ
３０の露光面は開口部の周縁に適度の押圧力で押しつけ
られ、従って開放面２８にかかわらずフィルム露光面は
完全に遮光されることになる。
【００１０】圧板３６の上端には突片４０、４０が形成
され、また圧板３６の下端には中央に突片４２が形成さ
れている。上端の突片４０、４０はレンズ付きフイルム
ユニット本体１０の背面の矩形状隙間４６、４６に差し
込まれ、また下端の突片４２はレンズ付きフイルムユニ
ット本体１０の背面下端の凹部４８に嵌入される。圧板
３６は多少の弾性を持つ薄板金で構成されており、突片
４２のビス孔にビス５０を挿通し、凹部４８内のビス孔
にビス５０をねじ込むことによりフィルムカートリッジ
３０は圧板３６で押し込まれフィルムカートリッジ３０
の露光面は適度の押圧力で撮影用開口部の周縁に押し当
てられ、遮光が完全なものになる。
【００１１】第３図に示すようにレンズ付きフイルムユ
ニット本体１０内にフィルムカートリッジ３０の計数機
構が備わっている。即ち爪６０は軸６２に枢支されると
共にばね６４によって軸６２を中心に時計方向に付勢さ
れる。爪６０は一端６６が開口部６８から突出し、フィ
ルムカートリッジ３０の挿入域に位置している。又爪６
０の他端はラチェットホイール７０と係合し、爪６０は
ばね６４の付勢力に抗して反時計方向に回動されるごと
に、ラチェットホイール２０は時計方向に回動するよう
になる。このラチェットホイール７０には目盛板７２が
設けられこの目盛板７２は例えば第１図に示すようにレ
ンズ付きフイルムユニット外部から確認できるようにな
っている。
【００１２】前記の如く構成された実施例に於いて、レ
ンズ付きフイルムユニット本体１０内にフィルムカート
リッジ３０が挿入されると、フィルムカートリッジ３０
の挿入力によってラチェット６０はばね６４の付勢力に
抗して反時計方向に回動され、これによりラチェットホ
イール７０は時計方向に回動される。ラチェットホーイ
ル７０はラチェット６０によって回動されると、第１図
に示す目盛板７２は１目盛送られ、これによりフィルム
カートリッジ３０の装填回数が目盛板７２によって表示
されることになる。従ってユーザ又はラボ側はフィルム
カートリッジ３０の装填回数を目盛板７２から知ること
が出来、これによりこの使い捨てレンズ付きフイルムユ
ニットの使用回数を知ることが出来る。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように本発明に係るレンズ
付きフイルムユニットによれば、フイルム装填に連動し
てフイルムの装填回数を計数するように作動するカウン
ターを設けたので、フイルムの装填回数を確認すること
