BACKGROUND ART FIG. 3 is a view showing an example of a toilet provided with an excretory part cleaning device. The toilet 1 has a toilet tub 101 at an upper part, and furthermore,
The upper part of 01 has a toilet seat 5 and a lid 7 supported by a hinge shaft 4. Also, behind the toilet 1, there is a nozzle outer cylinder 3 for guiding a washing nozzle 8 for washing the excretion part of the human body into the toilet tub 101 so as to be extendable and contracted, and hot water substantially equal to the body temperature is jetted to the side. And a housing 2 accommodating an excretion part cleaning device comprising operation means for performing the operation. Reference numeral 6 denotes a water tank for storing predetermined water and supplying water to the excretion part cleaning device. The water tank 6 is integrally formed with the toilet 1. Water temperature selection,
The expansion / contraction of the washing nozzle 8, a command for jetting hot water, and the like are performed by the operation buttons 21. On the other hand, it has been proposed to irradiate the affected area such as hemorrhoids with laser light to relieve pain or to activate the living tissue of the affected area to perform treatment. However, there is a drawback that the laser light is not easily applied and the therapeutic effect is not sufficiently improved.

Configuration FIGS. 1 and 2 are longitudinal sectional views showing the structure of the cleaning nozzle of the present invention. FIG.
FIG. 2 shows the case of use. In the figure, components common to FIG. 3 are assigned the same reference numerals as in FIG. 2 and their explanation is omitted. The nozzle outer cylinder 3 is screwed to the toilet 1 with bolts or the like (not shown), and a guide hole 31 is bored on the shaft. The cleaning nozzle 8 is loosely inserted into the guide hole 31, The cleaning nozzle 8 moves forward and backward in the hole 31. Reference numeral 11 denotes a water supply pipe fixed to the nozzle outer cylinder 3 coaxially with the guide hole 31 by a flange 111. As described above, a hot water tank 6 heated to a temperature near the human body temperature, heating means (not shown) Then, the water reaches the water supply port 12 and is jetted through the water supply pipe 11 to the affected part as described later. The O-ring 13 is a sealing member that seals with the nozzle outer cylinder 3. The cleaning nozzle 8 is coaxially inserted between the nozzle outer cylinder 3 and the water supply pipe 11, and is extended and retracted by a command of the operation button 21. At the time of extension (FIG. 2), the cleaning nozzle 8 is extended by a command of the operation button 21. The hot water washing liquid is jetted toward the excretion part from the nozzle 84 that is bored upward. Reference numeral 86 denotes an "O" ring that seals the hot water and guides the washing nozzle 8 slidably in the cylinder in cooperation with the guide hole 31. Reference numeral 85 denotes a rack, which is engraved in the axial direction below the outer surface of the cleaning nozzle and is rotated by a motor 14.
And the cleaning nozzle 3 is extended and retracted. Reference numeral 86 denotes a magnet embedded at the upper end of the outer periphery of the cleaning nozzle for transmitting a positioning signal. The magnet 86 opposes the magnet 86 and is embedded in the nozzle outer cylinder corresponding to the expansion / contraction distance of the cleaning nozzle 3. The sensors 32 and 33 such as elements are magnetically driven to transmit a position signal, and the motor 14 is rotated or stopped by the transmitted signal of the sensor 32 or 33. 9 is a laser device for oscillating laser light,
The laser light is transmitted through the light guide 10 and penetrates through the front upper wall surface position 34 of the nozzle outer cylinder 3 and is guided to the guide hole 31 wall surface. A prism 81 is positioned so as to face the light guide wall surface position 34 when the cleaning nozzle 8 is extended, and bends the irradiated laser light path at a right angle. The light is emitted upward in the vicinity of the nozzle 84 in the axial direction via 82. Reference numeral 83 denotes a transparent hard protective glass which is in contact with the outer peripheral surface of the cleaning nozzle in order to prevent the end of the light guide 82 from being damaged. The laser device normally sprays hot water 84a from a nozzle 84, operates after cleaning the excretory part, and activates the excreted part after cleaning with a laser beam to contribute to the treatment of hemorrhoids. When the laser device 9 is instructed to shrink the cleaning nozzle 8, the laser device 9 stops oscillating the laser beam in response to the instruction. When laser light is irradiated on the human body, it is reflected, scattered, and absorbed in the same way as light.
Continuous wave lasers containing far-infrared rays have a large thermal effect, relieve not only pain, but also are absorbed by the tissues of the living body. Hemorrhoids that cause varicose veins are effective for early treatment because they activate blood circulation. In addition, although the cleaning structure of the toilet and the laser light irradiation structure have been specifically described above, the present invention is not limited to the illustrated structure, and the laser light is emitted using the cleaning toilet. If it can irradiate the hemorrhoids,
It can be easily understood that the specific structure is not limited to the illustrated one. In particular, the example in which the light guide 82 is made to pass through the inside of the cleaning nozzle 8 to guide the laser light has been described.
This portion may be hollowed out instead of the light guide 82, and laser light may be scattered in this hollowed out portion. Further, various deformations such as attaching a semiconductor laser to the protective glass 83 portion may be adopted. Examples are possible.

Effects As described above, according to the cleaning nozzle of the present invention, in a normal daily life, a laser beam is applied to a hemorrhoid diseased part during stool, not only to relieve pain after stool, but also to activate living tissue and excrete part. Hemorrhoids, which is a disease, can be effectively treated.
