(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 固定本体1のエプロン板部22の背面側
に軸受筒部11を突設し、エプロン板部22の前面側に
大形窪み23を設け、大形窪み23の底面に小形窪み2
4を設け、大形窪み23の小形窪み24寄り端部内壁に
受溝25を設け、キーハンドル9の駆動突起12が挿入
される受動凹部13を前端部に設けたロックシャフト4
を軸受筒部11に回転可能かつ前後方向に移動可能に嵌
挿し、前面板部27を小形窪み24に嵌め落としてガイ
ド筒6を軸受筒部11とロックシャフト4の前端部間に
回転不能に嵌挿し、ガイド筒6の前面板部27を押さえ
付ける正面甲板20の先端角部26を固定本体1の前記
受溝25に差し込み、エプロン板部22の透孔28に背
面側から挿入したビス21を正面甲板20の基端部の螺
子孔29にねじ込んで正面甲板20をエプロン板部22
に締め付け固着し、正面甲板20とガイド筒6の前面板
部27にキーハンドル9の駆動突起12が差し込まれる
鍵孔10と鍵孔30をそれぞれ設け、固定本体1の軸受
筒部11の底壁部11aの中央部にロックシャフト4の
後端部が嵌挿される軸孔16を設け、軸孔16を中心と
する螺旋面17をガイド筒6の後端面に設け、螺旋面1
7に対面させて軸受筒部11の内壁部に螺旋面18を設
け、ロックシャフト4の横断方向に設けたカムピン7を
該螺旋面17と螺旋面18間に形成された螺旋溝19に
嵌め入れ、ロックシャフト4のバネ受部4aと軸受筒部
11の底壁部11a間に嵌め入れた圧縮コイルバネ5に
よってロックシャフト4を前方に移動付勢し、固定本体
1のエプロン板部22にカバー2を正面甲板20と平行
方向にスライド可能に嵌め合わせ、エプロン板部22の
前面側に突出したビス21のねじ軸部21aに当接する
停止壁部31をカバー2の背面側に設け、軸受筒部11
から突出したロックシャフト4に固定枠体14側の受金
部15に係脱する止め金板3を固着した非擦り合い係合
型扉用ロックハンドル装置。
