SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve such a problem, the present invention provides a number detecting unit for detecting a caller number notified from a communication network, and registering a specific caller number in a receiving terminal. And the caller ID detected by the number detector are registered in the memory beforehand in the communication network.
After the specified time has passed
Control means for transmitting a reception completion signal;
Callback means for returning a call to the caller terminal corresponding to the caller number after sending the caller is provided. Therefore, when the calling terminal makes a dial call to the called terminal, the calling party number is notified from the communication network to the called terminal, and this number matches the number of the specific calling terminal registered in the memory at the called terminal. In this case, return the call to the calling terminal. As a result, when the calling terminal charges the called terminal, the user simply dials the number of the called terminal directly without calling the switchboard and immediately switches to talking or communication with the called terminal and charges the called terminal. In addition, the receiving terminal side can charge for calling only the specific calling terminal. In addition, the communication network inverts the line polarity and sends a start signal to the called terminal when the calling terminal calls, and the called terminal sends out a primary response signal after detecting the line polarity inversion and the start signal, respectively. Notifies the receiving terminal of the caller number by receiving the primary response signal. As a result, an existing analog terminal can receive a caller number without newly preparing an ISDN line or an ISDN terminal.

FIG. 2 is a flowchart showing the operation of the control unit 35 of the receiving terminal device 3. The operation of the main part of the present invention will be described with reference to this flowchart. When a call is transmitted from the transmitting terminal device 1 to the receiving terminal device 3, the communication network 2 notifies the receiving terminal device 3 of the caller number. Step S1
Then, the presence / absence of the caller number (telephone number information) is determined via the telephone number detector 32. If the caller number arrives and the determination in step S1 is "Y", then in step S2, it is determined whether or not the notified caller number matches a telephone number registered in the memory 33. .
If the caller number does not match each of the telephone numbers in the memory 33, the process proceeds to a normal incoming connection operation in which the buzzer 34 sounds the incoming call and notifies the incoming call in step S6. Here, when the receiving terminal device 3 answers the incoming call, a call or communication with the calling terminal device 1 is started. In this case, the calling / communication fee is charged to the calling terminal device 1.

As described above, the memory 33 of the receiving terminal device 3
By registering the telephone number of the specific transmitting terminal device in advance, the call originating from the receiving terminal device 3 can be returned from the receiving terminal device 3 within a predetermined time without responding to the call from the specific transmitting terminal device. In this case, it is possible to pay a call / communication fee on the receiving terminal device 3 side. Incidentally, there is an ISDN network as a communication network having the function of notifying the caller ID, and therefore, an ISDN terminal can be considered as the terminating terminal device 3. However, in recent years, some analog networks have been provided with such a caller ID notification function. Therefore, in this case, an existing analog terminal can be used as the receiving terminal device 3.

In the control unit 35 of the terminating terminal device 3, when the above-described polarity inversion and the terminating terminal activation signal are detected by a reverse detection circuit and a termination detection circuit (not shown) in the line interface 31, respectively, a loop (not shown) in the line interface 31 is detected. The primary response signal is returned to the communication network 4 by driving the closing circuit to close the DC loop of the line (step S14). Upon receiving the primary response signal, the communication network 4 transmits the caller number to the terminating terminal device 3 by a modem signal (step S15).

In the receiving terminal device 3, the caller number is received by the telephone number detecting section 32 and is notified to the control section 35.
The control unit 35 detects a match between the notified caller number and the telephone number in the memory 33, and performs a normal incoming call operation when the numbers do not match. That is, in this case, a reception completion signal by immediately opening the DC loop of the line is transmitted to the communication network 4 in step S22 (time point) indicated by a dotted line in the figure. Then, the communication network 4 sends out a call signal (incoming signal) of 16 Hz to the terminating terminal device 3. When the incoming call terminal device 3 detects this call signal, it sounds the buzzer 34 to notify the incoming call. Then, the receiving terminal device 3 responds to the incoming call to perform a call or communication with the transmitting terminal device 1. At this time, the calling / communication fee is charged to the transmitting terminal device 1.

As described above, according to the present invention, a number detecting unit for detecting a caller number notified from a communication network in a receiving terminal, a memory for registering a specific caller number,
If the caller number detected by the number detector is registered in the memory, after the elapse of the time prescribed by the communication network
Control means for sending a reception completion signal of this caller number to
And a callback means for returning a call to the calling terminal corresponding to the caller number after sending the reception completion signal, and when the calling terminal makes a dial call to the called terminal, the caller number is received from the communication network. The terminal is notified, and the receiving terminal returns the call to the calling terminal only when this number matches the number of the specific calling terminal registered in the memory. In such a case, it is possible to promptly shift to a call or communication with the called terminal by simply dialing the number of the called terminal directly without calling the exchange, and to charge the called terminal,
In addition, the receiving terminal can charge for calling only the specific calling terminal. In addition, the communication network inverts the line polarity and sends a start signal to the called terminal when the calling terminal calls, and the called terminal sends out a primary response signal after detecting the line polarity inversion and the start signal, respectively. The present invention notifies the receiving terminal of the caller number by receiving the primary response signal, so that the existing analog terminal can receive the caller number without newly preparing an ISDN line or an ISDN terminal.
