[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, the inorganic wall panel as described above has a problem in that it is difficult to process the end portion and nail it, so that it is difficult to perform the installation process. Then, the inventor of the present invention considered attaching the hook metal to the base of the wall and hooking the hook piece provided on the rear surface of the wall panel to the hook metal to attach the hook metal. However, in this hooking system, it is difficult and troublesome to accurately install the dimensions between the hooking brackets at the time of mounting the hooking bracket on site, and the

[Function] By mounting the base panels 1 on which the hook fittings 2 are attached in the vertical direction in a vertical direction at a constant pitch on a wall structure 30 such as a stud, the hook fittings 2 are installed on site. There is no need to perform the work of obtaining the dimensions one by one, and the hook metal fittings 2 can be arranged at an accurate pitch only by installing the base panel 1 at the site. By hooking the hook pieces 6 provided on the rear part of the wall panel 5 on the hook fittings 2 arranged at the pitch and sequentially hooking up and down, the wall panel 5 can be installed by the hooking method. Was. Then, waterproof tape is applied over the front side of the butted portion of the base panel 1 adjacent vertically.
By sticking 31, it is possible to prevent water from entering from the butt portion of the base panel 1 toward the back.

First, as shown in FIG.
The base panels 1 on which hooks 2 are previously mounted in multiple stages are arranged vertically and fixed by nailing or the like. In this case, in the portion corresponding to the corner of the wall, the side end face of the adjacent base panel 1 is applied to the front end of one base panel 1, but the side end of the base panel 1 is pulled. Since the hook 2 is slightly retracted inward, it can be pierced at right angles without being hindered by the hook 2, and can be constructed. Then, a waterproof tape 31 is attached over the front side of the butted portion of the vertically adjacent base panels 1. Next, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), the wall panel 5 having the hook pieces 6
Are sequentially hooked up and down in multiple stages. When the wall panel 5 is hooked on the hook 2 in this manner, as shown in FIG. 1 (b), at the corner portion, the side end of one wall panel 5 is pulled by the base panel 1 adjacent at a right angle. The side wall of the other wall panel 5 abuts on the front end of the one wall panel 5. Here, a specific example of attachment of the wall panel 5 shown in the attached drawings by hooking construction is shown. First, of the hooking pieces 6 provided at the upper rear part of the wall panel 5, the longer downward inner hooking piece 6b is provided. Is slightly hooked on the lower hook portion 3 of the upper hook metal fitting 2, and then the shorter downward hanging hook piece 6a of the hook pieces 6 provided on the lower rear portion of the wall panel 5 is hooked on the lower row. The hook 2 is hooked on the upper hook portion 4 of the metal fitting 2, and the downward inner hook piece 6 b on the upper rear surface of the wall panel 5 is completely hooked on the lower hook portion 3. Thus, the inner hook 6b is longer than the outer hook 6a, and the lower hook 3
Is longer than the upper hook portion 4, the hook can be hooked on the downward outer hook piece 6a with the upper downward hook portion 6b slightly hooked at the time of hooking.
They can be hooked from the top in order.
In addition, the upper hook piece 6 and the lower hook piece 6 are both substantially T-shaped, and the inner hook piece 6b and the outer hook piece 6a are used by turning the wall panel 5 upside down. This is in order to be able to handle cases. In this manner, the wall panel 5 is hooked and attached to the front side of the wall base 1 by the hooking method. After the lower wall panel 5 is attached, as shown in FIG. The lifting prevention member 7 is interposed between the hooking piece 6 (the outer hooking piece 6a in the embodiment of FIG. 2) and the upper hooking part 4 and attached with a double-sided adhesive tape 17. When the lifting prevention member 7 is attached in this manner, the wall panel 5 can be used in the event of an earthquake or the like.
When the lifting force acts on the wall panel 5, the lifting prevention member 7 abuts on the upper hooking portion 4 of the hook 2, so that the wall panel 5 can be reliably prevented from rising.
When the mounting of the lifting prevention member 7 is completed, the upper wall panel 5 is mounted in the same manner as described above. In this case, the lower hook 6 of the upper wall panel 5 is hooked on the hook 2. It is hooked on the part 4. And
A waterproof sponge 18 is interposed between the end faces of the upper and lower wall panels 5 and is filled with a caulking material 19.

By the way, the upper hook portion 4 of the hook 2 is not necessary at the upper mounting portion of the wall panel 5 or the upper portion of the wall panel 5 located below the lower frame of the window frame or the door frame. Rather, it is a hindrance to the fitting, so that it is cut at the groove 16 slightly below the upper hook portion 4 as shown in FIG. 5, and this is constructed as shown in FIG.

[Effects of the Invention] According to the present invention, as described above, base panels having hooks mounted on the front surface in multiple stages in a vertical direction at a fixed pitch are mounted vertically on a wall structure such as a stud. Since the wall panel with the hook piece on the back side is hooked on the hook metal and the wall panel is sequentially hooked up and down in multiple stages, the hook metal can be installed at the same time only by attaching the base panel at the site and pulling The spacing between the latches becomes accurate, and there is no need to construct the latches by measuring the dimensions one by one on site, and the on-site construction can be performed accurately, simply, and quickly. Also, by applying a waterproof tape over the front side of the butt portion of the base panel adjacent vertically, water can be prevented from entering from the butt portion of the base panel toward the back, and waterproofness can also be secured. Things.
