2. Description of the Related Art As a conventional sprinkler fire extinguishing system, a so-called wet sprinkler extinguishing system in which fire extinguishing water is constantly filled up to the end of a sprinkler head, and a secondary pipe of an on-off valve, also called a simultaneous release valve, is always pressurized. The open / close valve is opened when the pressure of the pressurized gas decreases due to the operation of the sprinkler head, and the so-called dry-type sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment is opened. Pre-actuated sprinkler equipment that is valved is used.

However, in the conventional dry-type or pre-operation type sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment, the sprinkler head operates and the on-off valve opens, or the fire detector detects a fire and opens or closes. When the valve opens, pressurized water rapidly flows into the secondary pipe of the on-off valve and flows through the pipe at a high speed, so that the pressure of the secondary pipe increases rapidly and the water hammer This causes a problem that a strong impact is applied to the secondary pipe.

[0005] Therefore, in the conventional sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment, piping equipment such as piping, unwinding pipe, etc., in order to cope with a sudden increase in pressure and a water hammer, and to cope with high pressure being applied constantly. The equipment must be expensive because high pressure-resistant ones must be used.
Such considerations were required at the design stage and the construction stage, and in particular, the construction stage required skilled personnel.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In view of the above, the present invention does not allow high-pressure fire-extinguishing water to flow in a pipe at a high speed, but causes a sudden rise in the pressure of a secondary pipe and a water hammer phenomenon. The sprinkler fire extinguishing system does not cause strong impact on the secondary side piping due to the occurrence of fire, and does not discharge water for fire extinguishing even if the sprinkler head hits the sprinkler head and the head is opened. Is what you do.

In addition, fire extinguishing water is supplied from the water supply pipe connected to the water supply pipe, and the base end of the branch pipe to which the closed type sprinkler head is connected is normally in a valve closed state and is controlled to open during a fire. A sprinkler fire extinguishing facility, wherein a first on-off valve is provided, and a second on-off valve which is normally closed is provided on a secondary side branch pipe of the first on-off valve, wherein the first on-off valve is provided. And supplying pressurized fire extinguishing water to the secondary branch pipe, closing the first on-off valve after supplying the pressurized fire extinguishing water, and then closing the second on-off valve. The valve is opened for a short time so that the pressure of the fire-extinguishing water in the secondary side branch pipe is set to a non-pressurized state.

The fire extinguishing water in the branch pipe on the secondary side of the first on-off valve is in a non-pressurized state. Therefore, when the first on-off valve is opened, only a small amount of water flows into the branch pipe, and the water pressure in the branch pipe is reduced. Although the water rises, a rapid flow of water does not occur, so that a rapid pressure rise is suppressed, a large impact is not exerted on a piping system such as a branch pipe, and the generation of a water hammer can be suppressed.

When a fire occurs on the top floor, for example, in such a state, the fire detector 17 is operated in the initial stage, and the associated on-off valve 11 is opened via the control panel 4 to connect the sprinkler head 12 to the water tank 51 from the water tank 51. A state in which the branch pipe 9 is pressurized by the pressure switch 14 is applied when a predetermined pressure determined by the head is applied, and a pre-alarm is displayed on the control panel 4. When the heat becomes higher due to the fire, the closed type sprinkler head 12 is opened and the fire extinguishing water is discharged to the fire source, the running water detector 10 operates, the water discharge area is displayed on the control panel 4, and the water supply pump 3 is started. . When the water level in the water tank 51 drops due to water discharge, the water level gauge 18 operates, the associated on-off valve 61 is opened via the control panel 4, fire water is supplied to the water tank 51, and sufficient fire water continues to be discharged to the fire source. Fire extinguished. Then, the fire detector 17 is turned off, the on-off valve 11 is closed, and the water discharge is stopped.

Also, at the time of maintenance and inspection, the on-off valve 1 on the inspection floor
By opening the on-off valve 1 and the on-off valve 15, the function test of the equipment can be performed without opening the sprinkler head 12. On-off valve 11
The opening and closing of the valve and the short-time opening operation of the on-off valve 15 are automatically performed by a program provided on the control panel 4, and the pressure increase of the branch pipe 9 when the on-off valve 11 is opened is determined via the output of the pressure switch 14. If displayed on the control panel 4, the function test of the on-off valve 11, the test of the condition of the piping, etc. can be performed, and the fire extinguishing water in the branch pipe 9 can be immediately put into a non-pressurized state at the time of monitoring after the test is completed. System is obtained.

According to the present invention, since the fire extinguishing water of the branch pipe on the secondary side of the first on-off valve is in a non-pressurized state, when the first on-off valve is opened, only a small amount of water flows into the branch pipe. Although the pressure of fire fighting water in the branch pipes rises, rapid flow of water does not occur, which suppresses a rapid rise in pressure and does not cause a large impact on piping systems such as branch pipes, and the occurrence of water hammer Can be suppressed. For this reason, it is also possible to use low-pressure-resistant piping equipment on the secondary side, such as a branch pipe or an unwinding pipe, and it is also possible to configure the equipment at low cost.
