(Prior Art) In the case of manufacturing lens sheets such as Fresnel lenses and lenticular lenses, the injection molding method of synthetic resin is performed when the size is relatively small and mass production is performed. When manufacturing a relatively large size lens sheet for light collection or light collection, it is common to make a resin plate abut on a flat lens mold, and heat and press this to transfer the lens surface. .

For this reason, recently, a method has been proposed in which an ultraviolet-curable resin liquid is interposed between a lens mold and a transparent resin substrate, and cured by irradiating ultraviolet rays (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-177215).

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, when the lens portion is formed of the above-described ultraviolet-curable resin, the ultraviolet-curable resin liquid is spread on the lens mold. Care must be taken regarding processing. That is, if the excess resin liquid is allowed to flow down to the periphery of the lens mold, the surface of the lens sheet may be stained as well as the dirt in this portion, and if the excess resin liquid is cured, The removal is complicated, and the amount of use increases, leading to cost increase.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and aims to efficiently manufacture a lens sheet by allowing excess ultraviolet curable resin liquid to be removed or collected without being cured.

(Means for Solving the Problems) That is, the present invention is intended to achieve the above-mentioned problems, and the gist of the present invention is to provide an ultraviolet-curable resin liquid between a transparent substrate and a lens mold. In a method for manufacturing a lens sheet in which a lens portion is formed on at least one surface of a transparent substrate by irradiating ultraviolet rays, the lens mold is placed on a work board having a weir around the ultraviolet ray-curable resin. After spreading the liquid, layering the transparent substrate and allowing excess resin liquid to flow down from the surroundings, a frame made of an ultraviolet impermeable material covering the periphery of the lens mold is set, and then irradiated with ultraviolet light to cure The method for manufacturing a lens sheet is characterized in that the frame is removed after the operation.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which a lens mold (1) is placed on a work board (2) having a weir (3) around it, and FIG. 2 shows an ultraviolet curable resin liquid (4) from above. Inject and spread. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, a transparent substrate (5) is overlapped and allowed to flow down from the surroundings, and then a frame (6) made of an ultraviolet-impermeable material covering the periphery of the lens mold (1) as shown in FIG.
Is installed and irradiated with ultraviolet light. The frame (6) is made of a synthetic resin or a metal plate that does not transmit ultraviolet rays.
It is convenient to use one divided into two as shown in the figure. Then, after curing, the frame (6) is removed, and the mold is removed as shown in FIG. 5 to obtain a lens sheet. At this time, the uncured ultraviolet-curable resin liquid (4) can be easily recovered because it is liquid.
It can be reused after filtration.
