【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の属する技術分野】この発明は、手摺、ドアハン
ドル等の把持具の壁面への取付構造に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来より、複数の脚部を有する把持具を
壁面に取り付ける取付構造として、図５に示すようなも
のが知られている。この取付構造は、壁面５０に、外周
にテーパ面５１を有する円筒状の取付具５２を、テーパ
面５１の小径側が壁面５０側となる方向へ向けて取付ね
じ５３で固定し、把持具５４の各脚管５５を取付具５２
に被せ、脚管５５にビス５６をねじ込み、そのねじ込み
に伴いビス５６の先端をテーパ面５１に沿って小径側へ
移動させることにより脚管５５を壁面５０に密着させた
ものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら、この取
付構造では、把持具５４の脚管５５の間隔と、取付具５
２の取り付け間隔とが完全に一致していなければ取り付
けることができないという問題がある。
【０００４】そこで、この発明は、把持具の脚管及び取
付具の各間隔が一致していなくても把持具を壁面に取り
付けることができるようにすることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記の課題を解決するた
め、この発明に係る把持具の取付構造では、円筒状の固
定部材の外側に、外周にテーパ面を有する移動部材を径
方向に移動自在に遊嵌して抜け止めした取付具を形成
し、前記固定部材を壁面に固定することにより、前記取
付具を移動部材のテーパ面の小径側が壁面側となる方向
へ向けて壁面に取り付け、把持具の脚管を前記移動部材
に被せ、前記脚管にビスをねじ込み、そのねじ込みに伴
いビスの先端をテーパ面に沿って小径側へ移動させるこ
とにより脚管を壁面に密着させるようにしたのである。
【０００６】この取付構造によると、取付具の固定部材
を壁面に固定した際、固定部材の間隔が把持具の脚管の
間隔に一致していなくても、移動部材を固定部材に対し
て径方向に適宜移動させることにより、把持具を壁面に
取り付けることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、この発明の一実施形態を添
付図面に基づいて説明する。図１乃至図３に示すよう
に、この実施形態において使用する取付具１は、円筒状
の固定部材２と、その外側に径方向に移動自在に遊嵌さ
れた移動部材３とから成る。移動部材３は、固定部材２
の一端に形成されたフランジ４と、他端に嵌められた座
金５とに挟まれて固定部材２から抜け止めされている。
移動部材３の外周には座金５側へ向けて小径となるテー
パ面６が形成されている。
【０００８】一方、把持具１０の脚管１１にはスリーブ
１２が圧入され、このスリーブ１２は脚管１１にろう付
け等により固定されている。脚管１１及びスリーブ１２
には、それぞれ挿通孔１３及びねじ孔１４が２箇所に形
成されている。なお、挿通孔１３及びねじ孔１４は１箇
所であってもよい。
【０００９】上記取付具１を使用して壁面１５に把持具
１０を取り付けるには、固定部材２の内部に取付ねじ１
６を挿通し、移動部材３のテーパ面６の小径側が壁面１
５側となる方向へ向け、取付ねじ１６を壁面１５にねじ
込み、座金５を壁面１５に着座させる。
【００１０】次いで、把持具１０の脚管１１を移動部材
３に被せる。この際、壁面１５への固定部材２の取付間
隔と脚管１１の中心間距離が一致しない場合にも、図４
に示すように、固定部材２に対して移動部材３を径方向
に適宜移動させることにより、移動部材３にスリーブ１
２を嵌めることができる。
【００１１】この状態で、挿通孔１３を介してねじ孔１
４にビス１７をねじ込むと、ビス１７の先端がテーパ面
６上を小径側へ向けて移動し、移動部材３が固定部材２
に対して壁面１５から離反する方向に相対移動する。そ
して、移動部材３がフランジ４に当接した後、把持具１
０が壁面１５に引き寄せられて脚管１１の端面が壁面１
５に密着する。
【００１２】なお、図示の実施形態では、ビス１７とし
て六角穴付きのものを使用したが、皿頭付きのものを使
用してもよい。この場合、挿通孔１３の開口縁に座ぐり
を設けると、ビス１７の頭部が突出しない。

【発明の効果】以上説明したように、この発明に係る取
付構造によると、取付具の固定部材を壁面に固定した
際、固定部材の間隔が把持具の脚管の間隔に一致してい
なくても、移動部材を固定部材に対して径方向に適宜移
動させることにより、把持具を壁面に取り付けることが
できる。
【００１４】また、このような取付構造では、取付ねじ
や座金が露出しないので、美観に優れた仕上がりとな
る。

    (57)【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 円筒状の固定部材の外側に、外周にテー
    パ面を有する移動部材を径方向に移動自在に遊嵌して抜
    け止めした取付具を形成し、前記固定部材を壁面に固定
    することにより、前記取付具を移動部材のテーパ面の小
    径側が壁面側となる方向へ向けて壁面に取り付け、把持
    具の脚管を前記移動部材に被せ、前記脚管にビスをねじ
    込み、そのねじ込みに伴いビスの先端をテーパ面に沿っ
    て小径側へ移動させることにより脚管を壁面に密着させ
    る把持具の取付構造。
