Claims (1)
位置に、接着剤を介してチツプ部品を固着してなる配線
基板部と、 上記チツプ部品を固着した上記配線基板部表面を封止す
るエンベロープと、 上記接着剤とほぼ同一又はそれ以上の膨張率を有し、上
記エンベロープ及び上記チツプ部品間に介挿される材料
と を具え、上記接着剤で固着された上記チツプ部品が、該
接着剤の膨張により上記配線基板部から離間する方向に
押し上げられることを防止するようにした ことを特徴とする情報カード。1. A wiring board portion having a chip component fixed to a predetermined position of a wiring pattern formed on a substrate surface via an adhesive, and a surface of the wiring board portion to which the chip component is fixed is sealed.
