A vertical rotatable roasting chamber (1) divided into a plurality of masses is provided in a casing (3) targeted by the present invention, and a straightening plate (2) is provided near the lower end surface of the rotatable roasting chamber (1). For example, a roasting apparatus having a structure provided with) is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-273464, and the main part of the structure is also seen in FIG. The apparatus has a vertical rotatable roasting chamber (1) divided into a plurality of cells, and a perforated flow straightening plate (2) close to the lower end surface of the rotatable roasting chamber, which is provided in a casing (3). . The raw material is sequentially supplied from the upper hopper (11) via the rotary valve (5) to the individual masses of the vertical rotary roasting chamber (1) from the raw material inlet (15), and roasted by heated air to be discharged to the rotary side. Discharged via valve (12). A burner combustion chamber (13) is provided in a part of the air circulation path for roasting, and the heated air that has passed through the rotary roasting chamber (1) returns to the burner combustion chamber (13) again through the cyclone (14). When the product reaches the product discharge port (16) with the rotation of the rotary roasting chamber (1), the roasting is finished and the product is discharged.

In the case of roasting raw materials such as wheat to form a fluidized bed and roasting, the thickness of the raw material (the height of the raw material on the rectifier plate at rest)
About 5cm is appropriate. However, this value varies depending on the type of raw material. If the layer thickness is extremely large than 5 cm, bumping occurs partially, and proper flow cannot be obtained. Also, 5c
If it is smaller than m, the amount of roasting treatment is reduced, and it is not economical. In the case of wheat, about 5 cm is appropriate, so the case of wheat will be described. This 5 cm has a layer thickness of 5
If the raw material is supplied in cm, there is no problem in terms of quality or economy. However, if the same amount of the raw material is supplied in the normal operation state, immediately after the start of the raw material supply, and immediately before the end of the raw material supply, an appropriate fluidized bed cannot be formed. FIG. 2 is a top view of the rotary roasting chamber immediately after the start of the supply of the raw material. At this time, the hot air for forming the fluidized bed is caused by the thickness of the raw material layer in the mass (1a) filled with the raw material. Is 5cm, which is the layer thickness during normal operation,
The hot air hardly passes through the mass (1a) filled with the raw material because of the high resistance of the hot air to pass through, and the mass (1b) without the raw material filled with the lower resistance passes through the straightening plate (2). . Therefore, the raw material does not form a proper fluidized bed. This occurs until the top of the porous baffle (2) is almost completely filled with raw material. This is the same immediately before the end of the raw material supply. Therefore, in these cases, since the fluidization of the raw material is unlikely to occur, uneven roasting of the raw material occurs. The raw material in the vicinity of the current plate (2) becomes high in temperature and is excessively roasted and burns. The upper raw material may be discharged in a raw state without heat. On the other hand, the lower end of the rotary roasting chamber and the perforated flow straightening plate (2) are kept in a slight gap so that the raw material does not flow out of the roasting chamber. However, when the raw material is not fluidized and the raw material moves due to the rotation of the rotary roasting chamber, as shown in FIG. 3, the raw material (10) and some of the impurities are removed from the holes of the current plate (2). (9), the raw material (10) is cut by the movement of the partition (17) in the rotary roasting chamber, and the holes in the current plate are clogged. This clogging causes a hindrance to proper fluidized bed formation. The same applies to the case where the raw material supply is temporarily stopped and restarted during the steady operation.

As a result of examining the above-mentioned problems, it is not in a steady operation state, immediately after the start of the supply of the raw material or immediately before the end of the supply of the raw material, the amount of the raw material supply is adjusted. The above problem was solved by supplying the amount less than a normal supply amount per hour in a steady state. The following structure was developed as a device that can execute this method. That is, a vertical rotary roasting chamber (1) divided into a plurality of masses and a porous straightening plate (2) provided near the lower end surface of the rotary roasting chamber are provided in a casing (3). In the roasting apparatus, the raw material can be supplied to the raw material supply path from the raw material hopper (11) to the rotary roasting chamber (1) immediately after the start of the raw material supply or immediately before the end of the raw material supply, less than the usual supply amount per hour. The supply amount adjusting means (20) is provided. As a specific mode of the supply amount adjusting means (20), for example, the feeder (4) on the path from the raw material hopper (11) to the rotary roasting chamber (1) via the feeder (4) and the rotary valve (5) is used. The structure in which the drive motor (8) is controlled by the programmable controller (6) and the inverter (7) can be shown. The feeder (4) mentioned here includes a rotary feeder, a vibration feeder and the like.

By adjusting the raw material supply amount immediately after starting the raw material supply or immediately before the end of the raw material supply by such a method and an apparatus, an appropriate fluidized bed is formed on the rectifying plate in the rotary roasting chamber even in a state of not being in a steady operation.

Hereinafter, a raw material supply method in a roasting apparatus of the present invention and a raw material supply apparatus capable of performing the method will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a roasting apparatus provided with a raw material supply device of the present invention. In this apparatus, the raw material sequentially passes from the uppermost raw material hopper (11) to the rotary roasting chamber (1) via the rotary feeder (4) and the rotary valve (5). A programmable controller (6) and an inverter (7) as a supply amount adjusting means (20) are connected to the drive motor (8) of the rotary feeder (4) on the path so as to be controllable. Such a mechanism was implemented for a wheat roasting device and a rice roasting device, respectively, and the results of the tests are shown below. Wheat roasting equipment ・ Raw material layer thickness during normal operation: 5 cm ・ Time during which raw material stays on the flow straightening plate: 50 seconds Therefore, the supply amount per hour is reduced by half for 60 seconds immediately after the start of supply and 60 seconds immediately before the end. The layer thickness was set to 2.5 cm (see the graph in FIG. 4). When the wheat raw material had a layer thickness of 2.5 cm, an appropriate fluidized bed was obtained even if there was a mass not filled with wheat on the current plate. Specifically, the supply amount adjusting means (20) makes the drive motor (8) of the rotary feeder (4) variable by an inverter (7) as shown in FIG. A device for instructing the inverter (7) to supply 50% of the supply amount for a predetermined time immediately after the start and immediately before the end is provided. Rice roasting equipment ・ Raw material layer thickness during normal operation: 4 cm ・ Time during which raw material stays on the current plate: 40 seconds 50 seconds from the start of rice raw material supply, gradually increasing from 20% of the raw material supply amount during normal operation to 100 % (See graph in FIG. 5) (layer thickness increased from 0.8 cm to 4 cm). At the end of the supply, it was reduced from 100% to 20% for the last 50 seconds. More specifically, a circuit for instructing the inverter (7) from the programmable controller (6) in the apparatus shown in FIG. 1 was realized.

By the raw material supply method and the raw material supply device in the roasting apparatus as described above, the occurrence of uneven baking, scorch immediately after the start or immediately before the end of the raw material supply, and the discharge of raw raw materials are eliminated.
In addition, clogging of the current plate with raw materials and the like has been eliminated. As a result, a high-quality product can be provided, and the operation rate of the apparatus can be increased.
