(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the lighting tube disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-4386 has a large arc when it is made of a hard material capable of maintaining the shape of the tube even if it has flexibility. Although it is possible to draw and bend, it is not possible to bend at any part, so there is no freedom to arrange it at the corner or step of the structure according to its shape, There was an inconvenience. In addition, there is a problem in that a large number of tubes of various lengths must be prepared in advance in order to eliminate a portion that cannot be dimensionally attached during construction.

Even if the lead wire is a strip-shaped illuminating body, even if it can be bent at the strip portion, the small light bulb is exposed, so that it does not become a single, neat tube, and thus has a light-transmitting property. There are lamps lacking a decorative feeling as a lighting tube, such as a translucent feeling and a three-dimensional effect, which are characteristic of a lighting tube in which a small light bulb is disposed in a tube.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a connecting member having an electrical connector is provided at an end of a light-transmitting tube, and a plurality of light-emitting members are provided in the tube. In a lighting tube containing a body, the tube is formed of hard plastic, and the luminous body is formed by electrically connecting in parallel between a pair of conductive wires wired in the tube, and cut at an arbitrary position. A configuration in which a translucent heat-shrinkable tube is applied to both cut portions of the above-mentioned tubular body, the cut two tubular bodies are connected in series, and both the tubular bodies are bent at the heat-shrinkable tube. Characterized in that it has a corner-folded illumination tube.

As shown in detail in FIGS. 7 and 8, a receptacle 3 of the same material as the tubular body 2 in which the two socket contacts 4, 4 are fitted and fitted is fitted to one end of the tubular body 2, A plug 5 having two pins 6, 6 projecting from the receptacle 3 and electrically and mechanically fitted to each other is fitted to the other end.
A guide cover 7 for fitting the receptacle 3 is fixedly integrated with the outside of the plug 5 so as to surround the pin 6. The receptacle 3 includes a fitting portion 3a fitted to the tube 2,
A connecting portion 3c having a hole 3b protruding from an end of the tube 2 and having a pin 6 of a plug inserted therein, and a locking arm 3d protruding outside thereof are integrally provided. The plug 5 integrally has a fitting portion 5a fitted to the tube 2 and a body portion 5b to which the guide cover 7 is fixed, and is embedded so that pins 6 protrude from both ends.

Thus, when it is necessary to take a bent form at a desired location when mounting the lighting tube 1, as shown in FIGS. Only a portion is appropriately cut with a cutter or the like, and then a heat-resistant and transparent soft heat-shrinkable tube 10 made of, for example, fluororesin (for example, trade name Teflon) is cut from one end of the tube 2.
And the tube 10 is attached so as to straddle the tube portions on both sides of the cut portion 2a. Then, the cut portion 2a of the tube 2 is set at a predetermined angle (FIG. Then 90
゜), and the outside of the tube 10 is slightly stretched by being pulled. The heat-shrinkable tube 10 may have a diameter of 11 to 12 mm and a length of about 5 to 6 cm when the tube 2 has the above dimensions.

In this way, it is possible to obtain a lighting tube that is bent at a desired angle at an arbitrary position, without losing the transparency, while using a single lighting tube. In addition, the inner conductor 8 and the small light bulb 9 are reliably insulated and coated even in the corner bent portion. Note that it is preferable to set the length of the conductor 8 in advance so that the conductor 8 has some allowance in order to prevent the conductor from being pulled in the above-described corner bending.

In addition, the illumination tube 1 according to the present invention is configured such that the heat-shrinkable tube 10 is placed over the corner-folded portion of the tube body 2 and heat-shrinks,
It protects the conducting wire 8 to the small light bulb 9 at the corner bent portion, connects and integrates the separated tube parts, and at the same time, heat-shrinks the tube 10.
Due to the heat resistance of the lamp, even if the temperature inside the illumination tube rises to about 150 ° C. at the time of lighting due to the heat generated by the small light bulb 9, it does not melt and does not cause any abnormality even if it is lit continuously day and night.

In this way, it is not necessary to separately prepare bent illumination tubes at different bending positions, and only one linear illumination tube 1 needs to be prepared, and an illumination tube with a sharp bending angle can be obtained. In addition, the decorative mood can be improved.

FIG. 3 shows that the tube 2 of the illumination tube 1 is cut at a desired location, the conductor 8 is cut so as to slightly protrude from the cut tube end, and the receptacle 3 is fitted to the tube end, and at the same time, the conductor end is cut. If it is located in the receptacle 3, both the conductors do not short-circuit, the receptacle 3 closes the pipe end, and the pipe end processing is performed as it is. Alternatively, the end of the conductor is insulated, for example, a thin tube body (not shown) made of the same material as the heat-shrinkable tube 10 is applied to the end and heat-shrinked and adhered to insulate, and folded into the tube end. Alternatively, the receptacle 3 may be fitted to this tube end. Note that a plug 5 without a pin may be used instead of the receptacle 3.

FIG. 4 shows an example in which the conducting wire 8 is in a non-conductive state and only the illumination tubes 1 and 1 are mechanically connected to each other. The outside of the receptacle 3 where the hole 3b is not formed has the same mechanical shape. The connecting member 12 is fitted to the end of the tube, and the plug 5 of the illumination tube 1 connected to the connecting member 12 is fitted. In addition, the plug 5 without a pin may be used in the same way.

(Effect of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the tube is cut at one end at a desired position, and then the tube is covered with a heat-shrinkable tube, bent at a desired angle, and heat-shrinked. By bringing the illumination tube into close contact with the tube portion, it is possible to obtain a bent illumination tube adapted to the installation state at the site, and the illumination tube is a translucent tube and is made of a hard material or a flexible material, By simply preparing one type of straight-line type, it is possible to immediately obtain bent-angle lighting tubes of various lengths and with various bent angles at the time of construction on site, without impairing the translucency, A lighting tube with insulated and protected wiring can be obtained, and simplification of manufacturing, reduction of manufacturing cost, and efficiency of on-site construction can be achieved, and at the same time, flexibility that can be immediately adapted to any installation environment is realized.
