2. Description of the Related Art A papermaking cloth will be described with reference to a dryer canvas. Joints include those with a main body warp extended to form a folded loop and those with a spiral wire attached to the end.The ends of these loops butt and engage, and the joint core wire is inserted into the common hole. Endless joints are often used. In recent years, since a ring portion at the end has become smaller and it becomes difficult to insert a core wire, a joint to which a fastener is attached has been adopted as a joining aid. For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication (Kokai) No. 61-167097 discloses a dryer canvas in which fasteners are attached to both ends of a dryer canvas and a fastener is attached to one end of an induction cloth to facilitate joining. In addition, actual opening 1-15
No. 3399 also discloses a dryer canvas having a joining auxiliary cloth with a fastener.

[0004] That is, generally, the insertion of the joint core wire of the canvas is often performed from the back side (BS) side, and therefore, the auxiliary cloth with a zipper is attached to the front side (PS) side. At this time, if the core wire is inserted from the PS side on the contrary, the annular part of the joint will be covered with the auxiliary cloth with a fastener. In this case, it is preferable to attach the fastener to the BS side. However, in papermaking / drying machines, the types of canvas used for each group are unified and the ratio is reduced by reducing the number of canvases in stock as spares by standardizing the dimensions. This can span multiple machines.

However, in this case, when the canvas enters,
It is unknown which side of the front or back side the insertion of the bonding core wire is to be performed. In addition, in some cases, it is unclear from which surface the core wire is to be inserted from the front or back side of a newly-installed machine, and there has been an inconvenience that the mounting surface of the auxiliary cloth with fastener cannot be determined in advance.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a method for inserting a bonding core wire according to the present invention is characterized in that loops provided at both ends of an endless papermaking cloth are bonded to a common hole formed by meshing with each other. A step of removably attaching the ends of a pair of fastener-assisted joining auxiliary cloths having a plurality of sliders to both end portions of the papermaking cloth at the joint side of the papermaking cloth at the end of the papermaking cloth formed by inserting the core wire into an endless form; Moving the two sliders to one end of the joining assisting cloth and inserting the joining core wire from the one end, and connecting the two sliders to each other with an opening having a predetermined width formed therebetween. Moving the two cores to the other end of the cloth, and inserting the bonding core while aligning the front end with the opening between the sliders while moving the two sliders to the other end. Is provided.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS One embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1 (b), a connecting loop (loop) 4 is provided at both ends 1.1 'of the canvas.
This is meshed on a paper machine, and the joining core wire 5 is inserted into the common hole of the ring-shaped portion 4 to be endless. In order to accurately engage the canvas end of a wide and heavy object, the ends of the zippered auxiliary cloths 2 and 2 'are sewn and attached to the paper contact surface side of both ends of the papermaking cloth, that is, the surface (PS) at a position of 6. Two fasteners A and B are incorporated in the fastener 3.
The sliders A and B are set so as to tighten toward the center. As shown in FIG. 1B, when the core wire is inserted from the back (BS) side of the canvas and the fastener-attached auxiliary cloths 2 and 2 'are attached to the front (PS) side, the fastener 3 is attached to the slider A. And B by closing the fastener 3 using only one of the ring portions 4 at both ends.
And the core wire is inserted from the right side to the left side or from the left side to the right side from the canvas back (BS) side while maintaining the state. In this case, the core wire can be inserted while watching the meshing of the loops and the mating marks. This operation is as usual.

Next, a case where a core wire is inserted from the front (PS) side of the canvas will be described. At this time, two sliders A and B are used. First, the slider B is moved from the right to the left to close both ends of the canvas. Next, the core wire is inserted from the left while moving the sliders A and B to the right. The sliders A and B are also moved rightward as they are inserted, so that the canvas is maintained in a joined state so that no load is applied to the core wire.

As shown in FIG. 1C, sliders A and B
Moves to the right while maintaining the interval (b) that becomes the opening. That is, the part (a) is a part where the core wire has been inserted, and the part (c) is a part where the core wire is to be inserted. The opening part (b) opens and shifts as shown in the figure, so through this space you can check the tip of the lead wire of the canvas, the loop part (loop), the matching mark and the core wire under the auxiliary cloth,
The insertion of the core wire can be performed easily as in the previous case. In addition to the above, it is also possible to first move the slider (A) from left to right, and then insert the core from right to left. In this way, regardless of the mounting side of the auxiliary cloth with zipper, the through side of the core wire can be applied to both the back side and the front side, and in normal use, only one slider is required, and the burden is extremely high It is slight.

The case of two sliders has been described above, but three cases are also possible. A, B, and C and three sliders are attached. A and C are in the same direction, B is in the opposite direction. By tightening to the opposite side and then moving two of A and B, the core wire can be inserted as described above.

Since the auxiliary cloth is detachably attached, it can be easily removed after the work is completed. Therefore, the present invention is useful as a joint with a fastener for a papermaking cloth for a new machine or a case where both ends of a canvas are different in working size but of the same kind and common dimensions.
