Flexible PVC, olefin-based resins, especially ethylene-based resins, etc. are used. Of these, cork liners are preferred for their rebound resilience and are a natural material that has been used for a long time. However, the quality difference is large and the quality is unstable, and the generation of cork dust and the relatively high cost Etc.,
In recent years, it has been giving its place to liners such as flexible PVC and olefin resin.

However, among these, although the soft PVC liner is also flexible and excellent in sealing property, in recent years, it has been changed to an olefin resin excellent in hygiene due to hygienic problems such as a traceable agent and a vinyl chloride monomer.

Even in the case of olefin-based liners, ethylene-based resins with inherently flexible properties are widely used, but sufficient sealing performance is obtained against poor shape of bottle mouth and scratches and chips in the same part. Or the internal pressure of the contents is reduced during long-term storage. On the other hand, although sufficient sealing properties are obtained, the original functions such as difficulty in opening with a screw cap or the like cannot be obtained sufficiently. And so on.

The following low-density polyethylene and ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer are used, and the vinyl acetate content in the component (A) is 3 to 10% by weight, and the component (B) is hydrogenated with a polymer block mainly composed of styrene. Block copolymer comprising a butadiene-based polymer block, wherein the component (C) is a fatty acid having 8 to 22 carbon atoms and containing at least one amide compound of an unsaturated fatty acid having 16 to 22 carbon atoms. The present invention provides a liner provided inside a screw-type metallic cap, characterized by using a sheet made of a composition which is an amide compound of the above.

As the low-density polyethylene used in the present invention, those having a density of 0.920 or less specified in JIS: K6848 are used because they are preferable in terms of flexibility to impart sealing properties. Further, the ethylene resin (A) comprising the polyethylene and the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer contains 3 to 10% by weight, preferably 4 to 8% by weight of vinyl acetate.

If the content exceeds 10% by weight, the odor is disliked and the content is highly flexible, depending on the content. However, the load resistance is poor, the deformation is large, and the sealing property is insufficient and the long-term storage property is liable to occur. It is not preferable. On the other hand, the content is 3 wt%
If it is less than this, it is difficult to obtain the desired performance.

The hydrogenated product of the styrene-butadiene block copolymer has a styrene content of 10 to 45% by weight, and the hydrogenation rate is
It is 80% or more, preferably 90% or more, and the compounding ratio in the present polymer composition is 20 to 40% by weight. If it exceeds 40% by weight, the rubber elasticity is high, and this is a preferable direction because of long-term storage properties. However, shear deformation increases and opening of the screw cap becomes difficult. On the other hand, if it is less than 20% by weight, it is difficult to obtain a sufficient sealing property.

The higher fatty acid amide comprises one or more fatty acid amide compounds having 8 to 22 carbon atoms, and contains one or more amide compounds of unsaturated fatty acids having 16 to 22 carbon atoms. 0.1 to 0.5 per 100 parts by weight of the mixture
Parts by weight, preferably 0.2 to 0.4 parts by weight. If the amount is less than 0.1 part by weight, sufficient slippage cannot be obtained and insufficient openability tends to be caused, and if it exceeds 0.5 part by weight, bleeding to the liner surface becomes remarkable and there is a possibility that a problem such as mixing with the contents may occur. Not preferred.

As a mixing method, there is a method of mixing with a generally used mixer such as a Henschel mixer or a drum blender, and uniformly mixing using a melt kneader such as an extruder, a Banbury mixer or a roll mill. The liner is generally shaped into a plate by a sheet forming device such as an extruder or a roll mill, and cut or punched according to the size and shape of the metal cap. The thickness is selected according to the function of the cap, but is in the range of 0.5 to 2 mm.
