As is well known, a refueling device provided at such a gas station communicates with an oil storage tank buried underground on the site of the gas station via an oil supply pipe, pumps oil such as gasoline from the oil storage tank and refuels the automobile. This tank is supplied with oil from a tank truck.

Incidentally, in order to manage the remaining amount in the tank of the oil storage tank, conventionally, for example, a liquid level gauge is provided in the tank, and a control device using a microcomputer or the like is used based on the liquid level in the tank measured by the liquid level gauge. The remaining liquid amount is calculated, and the remaining amount is displayed on a display installed in an office or the like in the refueling station. The refueling station staff knows the remaining amount by looking at this display, and reduces the remaining amount to a small amount less than the predetermined value. I was refueling with a tank lorry.

Since the remaining amount is calculated by directly measuring the liquid level in the tank in this way, it is not only necessary to install a liquid level gauge for each tank, but also to convert the liquid level signal from the liquid level meter to the liquid level. It also required means for conversion, and required an independent system only for managing the remaining amount.

However, since the amount of oil reduction in the tank is equal to the amount of oil supplied by the refueling machine connected to the tank, the amount of oil remaining in the tank is determined based on the amount of oil supplied by the refueling machine and the amount of oil supplied to the oil storage tank. And no need to install a liquid level gauge or the like to control the remaining amount.
There is a remaining amount management device in a tank as described in JP-A-4686.

However, the management device described in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-4686, for example, requires a control device for remaining amount management or the like to be separately installed in a building in a gas station, and this control device needs to be connected to a refueling machine. In addition, a control device for management is not only specially required, but also wiring for connection between the control device and the refueling machine is required.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to solve the problem of the conventional example and calculate the remaining amount in the tank based on the refueling amount in the refueling machine and the replenishing amount to the oil storage tank to manage the remaining amount in the tank. The system for quantity control can be incorporated into the refueling data management system, such as the quantity of refueling, installed on the refueling machine side, and a control device for remaining quantity management is installed separately in a building such as an office. It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a residual oil amount management device in a gas station that does not need to be installed and that can easily manage the remaining amount with a simple configuration.

A method of displaying a refueling amount for each refueling at each refueling machine will be described. In order to refuel regular gasoline to a gasoline tank of an automobile with a parent refueling machine 1, if a refueling nozzle 9 is removed from a nozzle hook 12, this will be described. In conjunction with this, the nozzle switch 11 is turned on, and the previous refueling amount of the refueling amount counting means 22 is reset by this signal. At the same time, the refueling motor 5 rotates and the refueling pump 6 is driven.

Next, when the refueling nozzle 9 is inserted into the gasoline tank of the automobile and the nozzle valve is opened, regular gasoline is pumped from the underground oil storage tank 3 to the refueling pipe 4 by the refueling pump 6 driven by the refueling motor 5, and the refueling hose is opened. 1

In addition, when regular gasoline is refueled by the child refueling machine 1 ', regular gasoline is pumped from the same oil storage tank 3 as in the parent refueling machine 1 and refueled.

In this way, both the parent refueling machine 1 and the child refueling machine 1 'pump up regular gasoline from the same oil storage tank 3 to refuel, and then manage the daily refueling amount in the oil storage tank 3. The method will be described. When the parent refueling machine 1 refuels the car, the flow pulse signal output from the pulse transmitter 7 also enters the total refueling amount counting means 25, where the flow pulse signal is added.

Thus, the total refueling amount counting means 25 uses the oil storage tank 3
The total oil supply amount of the oil in the oil storage tank 3 is calculated by sequentially adding the oil supply amounts of all the oiling machines 1, 1 'connected to the oil supply device 1. Therefore, in order to know the daily refueling amount, when the gate means 26 is open, that is, when the refueling nozzle 9 of the refueling machine 1

When the total refueling amount display signal is input to the total refueling amount counting means 25 by operating the number 15, the total refueling amount is displayed on the display via the display driving means 23.

It is displayed as the total refueling amount per day. The reset of the total refueling amount counting means 25 is performed by operating the operation panel 15.

And the parent refueling machine 1 connected to the oil storage tank 3,
When refueling is performed by the child refueling machine 1 ', the flow rate pulse signal output from the flow rate pulse transmitters 7, 7' at the time of refueling also enters the remaining amount storage means 24, where the residual oil amount is calculated from the refueling amount. The refueling amount at 1,1 'is sequentially reduced.

Therefore, when the operation panel 15 is operated when the gate means 26 is open and the fuel is not being supplied, and the remaining amount display signal is input to the remaining amount storage means 24, the current remaining oil amount is transmitted via the display driving means 23. The data is transmitted to the display 13 and displayed on the display 13 as management data.

On the other hand, the notification remaining amount storage means 27 stores a minimum remaining amount, for example, 1 kl, which requires replenishment of oil from the tank lorry, and the current remaining oil amount from the remaining amount storage means 24 input to the comparison means 28 is stored. When the refueling nozzle 9 is removed from the nozzle hook 12 and the nozzle switch 11 is turned on during refueling, this ON signal enters the gate means 26 and the gate is closed. As described above, the apparatus for managing the amount of residual oil in a gas station according to the present invention calculates the amount of residual oil in the oil storage tank based on the amount of oil supplied to the oil supply machine. There is no need to install a separate liquid level gauge in the oil storage tank for the calculation.

In this case, the system for managing the remaining amount of the oil storage tank can be incorporated into the refueling data management system provided in the refueling machine, and there is no need to separately install a control device or the like for the management system. With such a configuration, the remaining amount in the tank can be managed.
