2. Description of the Related Art The lifting carriage guide column of this type of lifting and conveying apparatus must be erected with sufficient positional accuracy on a substrate supported on a floor surface. In particular, when two columns are erected on the substrate and one lifting carriage is guided by these two columns,
Unless the accuracy of the relative positional relationship of the columns is sufficiently increased, it is impossible to smoothly guide one elevating carriage up and down, but in the conventional elevating transport device,
It is difficult to increase the installation accuracy of the lifting carriage guide column, and the installation requires a great deal of labor and time.

The mounting structure of the board 31 to the lower ends of the columns 3 and 4 in the above embodiment can be applied to the mounting structure of the gantry 13 to the upper ends of the columns 3 and 4 as it is by turning the substrate upside down. In this case, the substrate 31 serves as a bottom plate of the gantry 13. Also, in the case where long columns 3 and 4 are formed by connecting columns of unit length in the length direction, the through holes 24 on the column side and the centering pins 33 fitted in the holes are used. Thus, the pillars having a unit length connected to each other can be centered. In this case, it is necessary to form the same counterbore portion as the open end counterbore portion 32a provided in the pin hole 32 of the substrate 31 only at the open end portion of the through hole 24 of the column having one unit length. is there.

According to the present invention as described above,
When mounting the support mounting board at the lower end of the lifting carriage guide support, or when mounting a mount or the like on which the lifting drive means for driving the lifting carriage is mounted at the upper end of the support,
Since the centering pins are fitted over the ends of at least two through holes provided in the support and the pin holes provided in the mounting member such as the substrate and the gantry, the support and the mounting member are mutually connected. It is possible to join with high accuracy.

Further, according to the structure of the present invention, the opening end of the pin hole on the side of the mounting member is counterbored, and the pin that fits inside the pin hole and the through hole of the column has At a substantially central position in the length direction, a flange portion which is fitted inside the counterbore portion but does not protrude on the surface of the substrate is provided, so that the pin is connected to the pin hole of the mounting member and the through hole of the support column. The pins can be securely fitted almost equally, and there is no inconvenience such that the fitting depth of the pin to either one becomes shallow. Furthermore, since there is no need to counterbore the opening end of the through hole on the support side, the support material formed by extruding aluminum or the like can be used while being cut to the required length, thereby reducing costs. I can do it.
