[0003] However, the method of arranging the lighting equipment unit formed in a braille shape does not require assembling the lighting equipment unit at the site, but the lighting equipment unit is formed in a braille shape.
Since the weight of the lighting equipment unit per unit is large, it is necessary to support the lighting equipment unit separately from the ceiling or to provide a reinforcing frame on the ceiling surface and support it. There is a need for ceiling construction and unit hanging precision, which affects the makeup of the ceiling surface. On the other hand, the method in which a fixed section is divided into a lighting section and a facility section by a frame composed of a T-bar or the like, and the facility or the like is incorporated at each position has a low cutting accuracy of the T-bar and a gap or the like is generated at a joint section, so that it looks good. Is bad. In addition, since the connecting fittings for connecting the T-bars orthogonal to each other are of a one-touch type, the strength is low, the frame formed of the T-bar or the like is easily deformed by an external force such as a lighting installation, etc. Therefore, the workability is low, and since the T-bars are connected in order from the end, errors are accumulated.

According to the present invention, the ceiling surface is divided into fixed widths of, for example, 3,000 to 3,600 mm, and two main T-bars are provided at a predetermined interval in the center of the ceiling space of each division. Is suspended from the lower surface of the upper floor slab with or without the intermediary of a shape member, and has a length substantially equal to the predetermined interval of the main T-bar.
The first sub-T-bars are connected by an even number of second sub-T-bars shorter than the first sub-T-bars at symmetrical positions in the longitudinal direction of the first sub-T-bars, and have odd-numbered portions. A rectangular ceiling frame is formed, a ceiling plate mounting portion is formed in a square portion in the center of the ceiling frame, and a mounting portion such as an illuminator is formed on the remaining both side portions,
The ceiling frame is erected between the main T-bars, and an even number of third sub-T-bars having a length substantially equal to that of the first sub-T-bar are provided at symmetrical positions in the short side direction of the ceiling frame. By providing a mounting portion for lighting equipment or the like in a portion formed by being erected between the main T-bars in parallel with the first sub-T bar, a mouth-shaped lighting device or the like is provided around the ceiling plate mounting portion. After forming a rectangular ceiling frame having a mounting portion and arranging similar rectangular ceiling frames adjacent to the main T-bar sequentially at appropriate intervals, lighting equipment and other ceiling equipment are mounted on the mounting portion such as lighting equipment. A ceiling plate is disposed between the ceiling plate mounting portion and the rectangular ceiling framework and between the main T bar in an outer portion of the main T bar, that is, between the main T bars in an adjacent section.

[0007] The assembly of the frame is performed as follows. Constant C profiles 6A, the ceiling space for example to constitute a ceiling foundation with 6B 3,000~3,600Mm width w 1, w 2, w 3
.. Are divided as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, two main T-bars 5A, 5B are suspended from the upper floor slab (not shown) via a C-shaped member 6A at a central portion in the section by a fixed hanger 8a having a hook portion below. I do. The two main T-bars 5A and 5B are arranged in parallel at an interval in consideration of the length of lighting equipment and other equipment to be mounted. The thickness of the flanges of the main T-bars 5A and 5B is larger than the thickness of the flange of the sub-T-bar 7. And the main T-bar 5
A step portion a having a depth corresponding to the thickness t of the flange of the sub T-bar 7 is provided at the upper end of the side edge of the flange of A, 5B. As a result, when the main T-bars 5A and 5B and the sub-T-bar 7 are connected, the upper surface of the flange is flush, so that no gap is formed between the main T-bars and the equipment surface, and the dimensional accuracy of the sub-T-bar 7 is not correct. Can be absorbed by placing it on the step portion a, so that no gap is generated in the connection portion. A first parallel sub-bar 7a having a length substantially equal to the interval between the main T-bars 5 is connected to a shorter 4th sub-bar 7a.
The first sub-T bar 7a is formed by the second sub-T bar 7b of the book.
Are connected at symmetrical positions in the longitudinal direction of the ceiling frame to form a rectangular ceiling frame having an odd number of parts, and a ceiling plate mounting portion X is left in the center square portion of the ceiling frame, the ceiling board mounting portion part Y 1 X on the mounting lighting portion adjacent to create additional roof frame forming the air-conditioning unit Z 1 to the outer edge portion of the illumination mounting portion Y 1. This ceiling frame is integrally attached with an L-shaped joint 9 by welding or the like at a symmetric position in the longitudinal direction of the first sub-T bar 7a cut to a fixed size, and the L-shaped joint 9 is opposed. As described above, the first sub-T bar is arranged in parallel, and the second sub-T bar 7b is erected and connected and fixed by screws so as to be orthogonal to the first sub-T bar. The dimensions of the first and third sub T-bars 7a and 7b are determined, and the error is absorbed by the stepped portion a of the main T-bar 5, so that it is possible to carry in ones that have been previously cut to a fixed size at the factory. Since the ceiling frame can be assembled on the ground, it is possible to use a high-strength metal fitting which can be integrally attached by welding or the like, so that the frame can be prevented from being deformed by an external force, and at the same time as the main T-bar is suspended. Workability is greatly improved. The ceiling frame is disposed so that the end of the first sub T-bar 7a is placed on the step a of the main T-bar 5, and the L-shaped joint material 11 is provided at a position where it comes into contact with the main T-bar 5. Is connected and fixed. In addition, it is suspended by the ceiling base 6B and the fixed hanger 8 which are orthogonal to each other. Next, as shown in the figure, four third sub-T bars 7a having a length substantially equal to the length of the first sub-T bar 7a are placed at symmetrical positions in the short side direction of the ceiling frame. In parallel with the sub-T-bar, the main T-bars 5A and 5B are mounted on a stepped portion having a depth a provided above the flange-side end edges of the main T-bars 5A and 5B.
The illuminator mounting section Y 2 and the air conditioning section Z 2 are provided in the portion surrounded by the sub-T bar and the two main T bars in order from the portion near the ceiling plate mounting section X. The third sub-T bar 7a is also positioned so as to be perpendicular to the third sub-T bar 7a.
And the fixed hanger 8c. In this way, a rectangular ceiling frame in which the mounting portion Y such as an illuminator and the air conditioning unit Z are arranged in a mouth shape around the ceiling plate mounting portion X is formed on the ceiling surface. In this way, a similar rectangular ceiling frame is formed on the main T-bar 5 sequentially at appropriate intervals. And the main T for each section
The bar 5 and the rectangular ceiling framework are arranged, and equipment (not shown) is then attached. Ceiling equipment such as lighting equipment, air conditioning, smoke detectors, speakers, etc., are dropped into predetermined positions and connected to electric wires and the like. In the drawings lighting equipment in Y 1 (not shown), the Y 2 (not shown) lighting facilities in central smoke detector at its opposite ends, speakers, etc. (not shown) is incorporated. This does not necessarily have to be equipment, and a blind plate (not shown) may be used. Thus, a square-shaped lighting device having smoke detectors, speakers or blind plates arranged at four corners of a square is formed. The ceiling plate mounting part of the rectangular ceiling framework, between the adjacent rectangular ceiling framework,
A ceiling plate is disposed outside the main T-bar 5, that is, between the main T-bar 5 in a certain section and the main T-bar in an adjacent section. The periphery of the ceiling plate is supported by flanges of main or sub T-bars arranged in an inverted T-shape, but is provided on the long side of the ceiling plate by an H bar 13 between adjacent ceiling frames. It is connected to the adjacent ceiling plate using the calf groove. When the ceiling material exceeds a certain length, the H bar 13 is supported by the base material 6B and the plate clip 14 orthogonal to the H bar 13. The ceiling inspection opening is formed using the ceiling plate mounting portion X of the rectangular ceiling framework. In this case, a shape member 16 called an access bar is used instead of the H bar 13.

According to the present invention, both the main T-bar and the sub-T-bar are connected to the ceiling base, and the ceiling frame is connected by a strong metal fitting, so that even heavy lighting equipment can be deformed. Does not occur, no special reinforcement or support is required, and ceiling construction is simplified. Since the dimensions of all the sub-T bars are determined, the sub-T bars can be cut with high accuracy at the factory, and the work on site can be omitted. Since the ceiling frame can be assembled on the ground using the fixed-size sub-T bar, it is easy to transport and carry in, and the work on the ceiling surface can be omitted, and the work can be shortened because it can be performed in parallel with the work on the ceiling surface. Further, the main T-bar and the first and third sub-T-bars correspond to the main T-bar corresponding to each sub-T bar joining position.
Each sub-T is provided on the step provided on the flange side edge of the bar.
Since the flange end of the bar is connected so that it is mounted, the upper surface of the flange is flush and there is no gap between the ceiling bar and other equipment such as lighting even if it is placed, and even when viewed from the indoor side There is no visible gap between the bars. Moreover, no special processing for connecting to the bar is required. Since the ceiling framework is independently configured for each section, even if an error occurs, it can be absorbed in each section, so that it is not integrated. In addition, if the mounting position of the sub-T-bar is marked on the main T-bar, the mounting position will not be erroneous even for a non-skilled craftsman.
