発明が解決しようとする課題 上記のような従来例では、スパイラル式熱交換部9の

り、耐圧性を求めるために別部品の外周胴を取付ける場
合にも、この外周胴は真円ではない。従って、熱交換部
9の上方又は下方或いはその両方に取付けられる真円形
状の胴部10とは外周の形体は勿論、その外形も異なるた
め直接に接合することはできず、それぞれフランジを別
途に溶接して、このフランジ同志をボルト締めするよう
になっている。しかるに、この段差を有する形状の熱交
換部9外周にフランジの内径を沿わせて溶接する作業が
極めて難しく、フランジ形状も煩雑となる等の問題点が
みられた。

てあるので、溶接固定が確実に行なわれるようになっ
た。又、熱交換部の上部、下部或いはその両方に接合さ
れる胴部は円形加工ができ、平板状リング上で溶接が極
めて容易に行なわれる。
