第3図によって説明すると、第3図(A)に示すように
輪転機の印刷紙走行経路に適宜間隔で配設されたローラ
(b)(c)と、ローラ(b)に圧接した紙送りローラ
(d)、およびローラ(b)(c)間で形成されるたる
み部(a′)に対設された光電センサ(S)からなり、
紙通し中の同印刷紙(a)がローラ(b)(c)間にた
るみを集積されてたるみ部(a′)を形成し、光電セン
サ(S)によって前記たるみ部(a′)を検知する構造
になっており、また、第3図(B)に示すように紙送り
ローラの代りにエアブロー装置(e)を配設して、該エ
アブロー装置(e)によるエアブローによってローラ
(b)(c)間の印刷紙(a)にたるみを集積する構造
になっており、前記印刷紙(a)にたるみがあると、印
刷紙が横方向に流れ、ローラに巻きついたりして印刷紙
が断紙するため、光電センサによる前記たるみ部の検知
によって、印刷紙の牽引速度を速めるか、印刷紙の供給
側にブレーキをかけるなどの方法によって前記たるみを
解消している。 (発明が解決しようとする問題点) 従来の前記ウエブたるみ検知装置は、ウエブ通し時に
ローラ間に形成されるウエブ(印刷紙)のたるみ部が、
機械的に拘束されずにばたつき等により挙動不安定にな
るため、光電センサによる検知が不確実になり、ウエブ
のたるみ解消の操作を誤動作させる恐れがあるなどの問
題点がある。 (問題点の解決手段) 本発明は、前記のような問題点に対処するために開発
されたウエブたるみ検知装置であって、機器のウエブ走
行経路に、ウエブ走行中は走行経路より外れ、且つウエ
ブ通し中は走行経路内に臨んでウエブに自重で接触し、
たるみを集積して移動する検出バーを配設し、該検出バ
ーの移動経路に同検出バーの移動を検知してウエブの牽
引部材の速度を制御するセンサを設けた構成とし機器に
おけるウエブ通し中の同ウエブに接触してたるみを集積
して移動する検出バーにより、前記ウエブのたるみ集積
とともに同たるみの正確な検知を可能とし、センサによ
る同検出バーの移動検知によって、ウエブたるみの検知
性能、信頼性を向上している。 (作 用) ウエブ通し時の同ウエブは検出バーによって押えら
れ、同検出バーにより同ウエブのたるみが集積されて同
検出バーが移動し、集積されて形成されるウエブのたる
み部が検出バーにより安定されて同ウエブの走行が円滑
になるとともに、検出バーの移動はウエブのたるみに対
応した正確なものとなり、センサによる検出バーの移動
検知によってウエブたるみ量が正確に検知され、ウエブ
通しが円滑に遂行される。 (実施例) 第1図および第2図に本発明の一実施例を示し、図中
(a)は輪転機において印刷紙通し中の印刷紙、即ちウ
エブであって、第2図に示すように該ウエブ(a)の先
端部に紐(21)を介して牽引部材(20)に連結して機器
内への通しが行われる。 輪転機の印刷紙走行経路、即ちウエブ走行経路におけ
るローラ(2)とターンバー(8)の間に、該ウエブた
るみ検知装置が配設され、該ウエブたるみ検知装置は、
機器(輪転機)のウエブ走行経路に配設されウエブ通し
中の同ウエブ(a)に接触したるみを集積して移動する
検出バー(13)と、検出バー(13)の移動経路に対設さ
れ検出バー(13)の移動を検知するセンサ(16)を具備
したウエブたるみ検知装置になっている。 前記ウエブたるみ検知装置を図示によって詳細に説明
