DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (a) Field of Industrial Application The present invention relates to a so-called pill fur proof cap that can prevent unauthorized opening during distribution. (B) Problems to be solved by the prior art and invention To prevent the bottle cap from being illegally opened during the distribution process to mix poisonous substances and replace the contents of the bottle. Various pill fur proof caps have been developed. As a conventional example of such a pill fur proof cap, in the case of a synthetic resin cap, the cap body and the band part are connected by a threadable part such as a bridge part or a score, and the band part is broken by breaking the threadable part by opening. There is one that separates from the cap body to prevent unauthorized opening, and such locking of the cap to the bottle mouth is such that the band part is heat-shrinked and locked to the bottle mouth, and the band part has locking means. There is a mechanical type which is provided and whose tip is locked to the bulging portion (bead) of the bottle mouth. Considering the addition of the heat shrink process and the appearance of the band portion after the heat shrink, the mechanical type pill fur proof cap is preferable. The present invention relates to an improvement of a mechanical type pill fur proof cap that is locked to a bulging portion of a bottle mouth by using a locking means. However, the mechanical type pill fur proof cap of this kind has the following problems. was there. FIG. 8 shows a state in which the flat plate-shaped locking means 54 of the conventional mechanical type pill fur proof cap 53 is locked to the bulging portion (bead) 52 of the bottle mouth 51. The locking means 54 is
The bulging portion 52 must be overcome and securely locked to the lower peripheral surface of the bulging portion 52. Further, when the cap is opened, the band portion 55 must be expanded so that the locking means 54 does not slip off the bulging portion 52, and the bridge portion 56, which is a tearable portion, must be securely broken. I won't. For the above, in the case of the plate-shaped locking means 54, the crossing angle θ between the locking means 54 and the band portion 55 must be reduced. This is because if the crossing angle θ is large, the locking means easily bends downward, and the vertical pulling force when opening the plug is
This is because the locking means 54 does not hang on the bulge portion 57 of the locking means 54, the bridge portion is not broken, the locking means 54 slips out of the bulging portion 52, and the tampering prevention effect cannot be obtained. . On the other hand, in the case of the flat plate-shaped locking means 54, the crossing angle between the locking means 54 and the band portion 55 can be reduced, or the bulging portion 52 and the band portion 55
If the gap is increased, the locking means 54 will be locked toward the end of the lower peripheral surface of the bulging portion 52, and the locking means 54 may completely disengage from the bulging portion 52 during opening. Therefore, it becomes impossible to obtain the effect of preventing unauthorized opening. The present invention has a structure of a locking means that solves the above-mentioned conflicting requirements, that is, the crossing angle between the band portion and the locking means is reduced so that the bridge portion can be reliably broken when the cap is opened. It is a first object of the present invention to provide a structure of a locking means such that the locking means reliably locks to the bulging portion of the bottle mouth and the locking means does not slip out of the bulging portion when the stopper is opened. . Next, since the locking means 54 of the conventional mechanical type pill fur proof cap 53 has a flat plate surface and is hard to bend, the locking means is tightened by winding the cap.
A strong force was applied to the locking means when getting over the 52, and as a result, the bridge portion 56 was sometimes broken. A second object of the present invention is to provide a structure of the locking means which can reduce the force applied to the locking means by facilitating the bending force against the pushing and expanding force received from the bulging portion at the time of winding the cap. A second object is to provide a locking means structure in which the bridge portion is not judged. (C) Means for Solving the Problems In the pill fur proof cap of the present invention, the band portion is integrally formed from the lower end of the cap body via the threadable portion, and the tip of the band portion bulges out of the bottle mouth. In the pill fur proof cap provided by bending the locking means for locking the lower peripheral surface of the portion from the lower end of the band part, the locking means has a bent portion that bends outward from the center side of the cap. It is characterized in that the locking means is formed from the lower end to the upper end. The bent portion of the locking means may be one or two, or the bent portion may be thin. Also, the locking means has a locking wall that projects obliquely upward from the lower inner surface of the band part, and at least the tip of the locking wall is V-shaped outward from the center side of the cap. It may have a bent portion that bends. (D) Action and effect In the pill fur proof cap of the present invention, since the bent portion that bends outward from the center side of the cap is formed in the locking means, the portion bent outward from the bent portion and the band portion. The crossing angle becomes smaller, and the tensile force in the vertical direction at the time of opening is applied to the bridge portion that is a tearable portion, and the bridge portion is easily broken. On the other hand, since the position of the bent portion reaches the deep position of the bulging portion, the locking means locks deeply in the bulging portion and securely locks in the bulging portion, so that it may slip out when opening. Disappear. Next, the pill fur proof cap of the present invention is wound tightly, and when the locking means crosses over the bulging portion of the bottle mouth, since the locking means is bent, from the bent portion of the locking means to the band portion side. The expanding force acts on the extending portion, and as a result, the pressing force of the contact portion of the locking means with the side wall of the bulging portion against the bottle mouth is reduced, and the locking mechanism is easier than the locking means without the bent portion. The resistance to the stopping means is reduced, and as a result, it is possible to prevent the bridge portion from breaking during winding. If the bent portion is made thin, the resistance to the locking means at the time of winding is further reduced, and the effect is further enhanced. (E) Embodiment FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 show a pill fur proof cap 1 according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the cap 1 is integrally formed with a band portion 4 from a lower end of a cap body 2 via a bridge portion 3 which is a threadable portion, and a tip of the band portion 4 has a bottle mouth 5. Locking means 7 for locking the lower peripheral surface of the bulging portion (bead) 6
Is bent and provided from the lower end of the band portion 4. The locking means 7, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3,
It has a locking wall that projects obliquely upward from the lower inner surface of the band portion 4. At least the tip of the locking wall has a bent portion 9 that bends outward from the center side of the cap (in Embodiment 1, a bent portion 9 that bends outward from the center side of the cap in a V shape). ing. Specifically, the bent portion 9 is formed from the central tip of the locking means 7 to the bent portion 8 position at the lower end of the band portion 4,
Therefore, both sides of the bent portion 9 of the locking means 7 are inclined toward the band portion 4 side. As shown in FIG. 1, the bent tip of the locking means securely locks the lower peripheral surface of the bulging portion 6 with a depth and does not come off when the stopper is opened. In FIG. 2, since the bulging portion 6 is located above, the bulging portion 6 is shown by a two-dot chain line. 4 to 7 show the locking means of Embodiments 2 to 5 of the pill fur proof cap of the present invention. The locking means 17 of the cap according to the second embodiment of FIG. 4 is formed with bent portions 19 and 19 on both sides thereof, and the outer portions 16 and 16 of both bent portions 19 and 19 are bent toward the band portion 14 side. There is. Outer part 1
The bending angle of 6 is about 90 degrees in the illustrated example, but it may be an obtuse angle of 90 degrees or more. Further, as shown in the drawing, the bent portion 18 of the locking means 17 of the cap of the second embodiment of FIG. 4 with the band portion 14 is formed thin, and is in a straight line state taken out from the mold. The locking means is configured to be easily bent. The bent portions of the locking means of the caps of Embodiments 3 to 5, which will be described later, are also thinly formed, and the bent portions of the caps of Embodiment 1 may be thin. The locking means 27 of the cap of the third embodiment shown in FIG. 5 has a bent portion 29 formed at one end, and the locking means 27 is divided into a long piece portion 25 and a short piece portion 26. As shown in the figure, the short piece portion 26 is largely bent toward the band portion 24 side, and the long piece portion 25 is gently inclined toward the band portion 24 side to reduce the resistance of tightening the cap in the arrow direction. ing. Similar to the locking means 17 of the cap of the second embodiment, the locking means 37 of the fourth embodiment of FIG. 6 has bent portions 39, 39 formed on both sides of the locking means, and outside of both bent portions. The parts 36, 36 are bent toward the band part 34, and upward projecting pieces 32, 32 are formed from the outer upper ends of the outer parts 36, 36. The upper protruding pieces 32, 32 are strongly sandwiched between the bulging portion of the bottle mouth and the band portion 34 when the stopper is closed. When the plug portion is opened and the bridge portion is broken, the upper projecting pieces 32, 32 descend as the band portion 34 descends, and are fitted below the bulging portion to prevent the band portion 34 from rising. Therefore, even if the cap is closed again, the gap between the lower end of the cap body and the band portion is opened at least by the height of the upper protruding pieces 32, 32, and even if there is an unauthorized opening, it can be found. Similar to the locking means of the first embodiment, the locking means 47 of the fifth embodiment of FIG. 7 is provided with a bent portion 49 at the center thereof, but the bent portion 49 is formed thin. The resistance when the locking means gets over the bulging portion when the cap is wound is further reduced. It goes without saying that the bent portion of the locking means of the caps of the second to fourth embodiments may be thinned similarly to the bent portion of the locking means of the fifth embodiment.
