本発明は温度センサーを備えて運転制御する衣類乾燥
機に関するものである。
従来の技術
従来この種の衣類乾燥機は、衣類の乾燥度を温度セン
サーを用いて判断し、自動的に乾燥運転を終了し、ブザ
ー等の報知手段で終了したことを知らせるものが多い。
また、衣類のシワ付きを防止行するために、乾燥運転終
了後、衣類を収納した回転ドラムのフタをあけるまでモ
ータ回路をたとえば２分間に10秒の割合で間欠的に通電
し、回転ドラムおよびファンを間欠運転するように構成
している。そして前記乾燥運転終了後にこの間欠運転を
行なうか行なわないかは、運転前に使用者が選択でき
る。
発明が解決しようとする問題点
このような従来の構成では、衣類をあたためる目的で
衣類乾燥機を使用した場合、使用者が衣類加温終了後、
衣類を取り出さずに回転ドラム内に放置すれば、衣類の
温度は最終的に雰囲気温度に等しくなってしまう。
本発明はこのような問題点を解決するもので、使用者
が衣類の冷却を防止する目的で衣類乾燥機を使用する場
合は、衣類の温度が設定値の範囲内になるように、乾燥
運転終了後も制御することを目的とするものである。
問題点を解決するための手段
これらの問題点を解決するために本発明は、乾燥運転
が自動的に終了した後継続して、衣類を収納する回転ド
ラムの出口の温度を温度センサーで検知し、前記回転ド
ラムの出口の温度が設定値の範囲内にあるようにヒータ
回路とモータ回路を制御して間欠運転を行い、回転ドラ
ムの蓋が開放されることにより間欠運転を停止するもの
である。
作用
この構成により、使用者が衣類の冷却を防止する目的
で衣類乾燥機を使用する場合は、乾燥運転終了後も衣類
を保温することができる。
実 施 例
以下、本発明の一実施例について、第１図および第２
図を参照して説明する。第１図において６は乾燥機本体
であり、内部に衣類を収容し回転撹拌する回転ドラム２
を回転自在に設けている。前記回転ドラム２内には、ヒ
ータ１によって加熱された熱風をファン３により導入す
るようになっている。また前記回転ドラム２の出口部に
は、前記出口部の温度を検出する温度センサー５を設け
ている。この温度センサー５で得られた信号により前記
モータ４およびヒータ１を運転・通電制御するようにし
ている。なお図中の矢印は風の流れを示す。
第２図は温度センサー５の時間変化を示したものであ
る。時間t1において乾燥運転が終了したとすると、通常
の場合は破線で示すように温度センサー５の温度は雰囲
気温度T2に近づいていく。使用者が運転前に衣類を保温
するコースを選択した場合は、実線で示すように時間t2
までの間、モータ４およびヒータ１を間欠運転し、温度
センサー５の温度の設定温度T1になるように制御する。
たとえば、乾燥運転終了後、２分間に10秒間の割合でモ
ータ４を通電し、その際、温度センサー５の温度が設定
温度40℃よりも低いときはヒータ１も同時に通電し、高
いときはヒータ１は通電せずにモータ１のみ通電する。
この間欠運転は、使用者が回転ドラム２の蓋をあけるこ
とにより終了する。
発明の効果
前記実施例の説明より明らかなように本発明において
は、使用者が衣類を保温させたい場合、そのコースを選
択することによって、あたたかい衣類が取り出せること
