In order to fold one corrugated cardboard 100 into the form of the packing 200, first, both main folds A on both the left and right ends of the center plane 1 are once bent downward to make creases.
Next, both main folds A are respectively bent upward, and both outer wall surfaces 2 are erected in a standing manner. Since the auxiliary piece 13 is bent along the upright fold line I and the oblique fold line J, the cushioning ribs 10 and 10A are naturally upright. Then, the inner wall surface 3, the top surface 4 and the bottom surface 5 on both the left and right sides of the central surface 1 are bent inwardly at right angles to form a fitting recess provided with a double structure wall on both the left and right sides and a bottom surface. S is formed. At this time, the cushioning ribs 10A formed upright at the front and rear ends of the central surface 1 are inserted into the slits 6 to fix the folded structure of the packing 200, and the cushioning ribs 10A are fitted into the fitting recesses. It plays a role as an inner wall surface before and after S. Lastly, while folding the reinforcing folding pieces 8 projecting at the front and rear ends of the top surface 3 into an L-shape or a U-shape, and folding back the back plate side of the strip plate portion 3a, the front and rear ends are overlapped. The packing 200 reinforced in a shape is completed.
Then, the folds C and D provided on the corrugated board 100 are respectively made into a refracting shape, and the refracting cut 30 which does not reach the outer edge of the bottom face 5 from the refraction point e of the fold C is provided.
By providing the above, the planar shape of the fitting recess S can be naturally formed into an isosceles polygon. Also, cardboard 1
The half cut line provided along the fold line of 00 can be suppressed by reducing the structural strength of the packing 200 at the portion where the half cut line is provided by providing the uncut portion X in a part thereof. Furthermore, on the top surface of the packing 200, if the stress distribution notches 6A and 6C or the stress distribution cuts 6B are provided at the respective corners d of the fitting recess S, the corners d will be impacted. There is no risk of tearing due to concentrated stress due to. By making the width of the bottom surface 5 narrower than the width of the fitting recess S by an arbitrary dimension, the material cost can be saved and the cushioning performance can be adjusted.

Finally, each of the reinforcing folding pieces 8 is bent along the fold line H into an L-shape or a U-shape, and is superposed on the back side of the front and rear end portions of the top surface 3 (the band plate portion 3a). Therefore, when it is folded back along the fold line G, the locking piece 8a provided on the reinforcing folding piece 8 is inserted into the notch b provided on the cushioning rib 10A, and the packing 200 is folded up and folded up. The fixing of and is completed at the same time. The above-described series of folding operations are verbose when explained in words, but in reality, even a beginner can quickly and surely perform them.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the reinforcing folded piece 8 is vertically abutted against the outer side surfaces of the cushioning ribs 10A at the front and rear ends, so that the front and rear end portions of the packing 200 are two-layered. In combination with being reinforced by the packing 200
In addition, it is possible to remarkably enhance the cushioning performance or the structural strength of the front and rear end portions lacking the double wall structure. Also, the packed article 300
The cushioning ribs 10 and 10A and the auxiliary cushioning ribs 20 and 20A are brought into contact with a plurality of locations on the bottom surface and side surfaces of the fitting recess S for inserting and holding the. Therefore, the packing 200, combined with the good cushioning property of the corrugated board which is the material thereof, exhibits a cushioning performance comparable to that of the conventional polystyrene foam packing.

Further, when a large impact force exceeding the expected level is exerted on the packing 200, as shown in FIG. 5, concentrated stress is applied to the corner portion d of the fitting recess S formed on the top surface 3 thereof. Even if the stress occurs, the stress is not distributed to the stress distribution notch 6A.
Since it is dispersed over the entire edge portion that goes around, there is no fear that a crack will occur at this corner portion d. However, this packing 200
Is designed to reliably protect the packaged article 300 even if it receives an impact force enough to cause a tear at the corner d. However, if the packing 200 has a crack in the packing 200 when the packing is unpacked, the packing side may give a feeling of anxiety because the packing 200 is a novel type. Therefore, it is extremely important that this tear does not occur.

10 and 11 show another embodiment of the present invention. The difference from the above embodiment is that the fitting recess S
As shown in FIG. 11, the planar shape of No. 3 is formed into a scalene pentagon corresponding to the shape of the packaged article. In order to make this possible, as shown in FIG. 10, the folds C and D provided on the left side portion of the corrugated board 101 of this embodiment are bent in the shape of a letter, respectively, and the bottom of the fold C from the bending point e. Refraction cut 30 toward the outer edge of 5 that does not reach this outer edge
Is provided. Reference numeral 7 denotes a hollow hole into which the protrusion of the packaged article 300 is fitted. When the corrugated board 101 is bent in the same manner as in the above-mentioned embodiment only by providing this refraction cut 30, the refraction cut 30 naturally expands as shown in FIG. 11, and the irregular fitting recess S is formed. The packing 201 provided with can be folded up without difficulty.

Further, in this embodiment, a stress-dispersing cut 6B extending from the end of each slit 6 and reaching the fold line B is provided. In this way, even if an excessive impact force exceeding the expected level is applied, a crack is generated in the corner d (the end of the slit 6) of the fitting recess S of the packing 201, and the load receiving side is distrusted when the package is opened. The situation that you say to have a feeling cannot happen. The method of forming the auxiliary buffer ribs 20 connected to the side edges of the bottom surface 5 is also slightly different from that of the above embodiment.

In the above structure, the shape of the fitting recess S may of course be changed appropriately in accordance with the outer shape of each packaged article 300. And the buffer ribs 10 and 10A
The forming position, shape, number, etc. of the above may be appropriately selected so as to obtain the best cushioning effect for various packaged articles.
Further, when the standing fold line I is replaced with a fold line and is made into a cut line, it is preferable to provide an uncut portion X at this cut line as well.
The location where the uncut portion X is provided is not limited to that shown in the figure, and may be arbitrarily determined according to the cushioning performance required for the packing. Alternatively, the packing 200 has the fitting recess S
It may be used so that the packaged article 300 is completely fitted therein. The constituent material of the packing 200 is not limited to cardboard, and sheet materials of various other materials may be used.

As is apparent from the above description, the folding corrugated cardboard packing according to the present invention exhibits various practical excellent effects as listed below. (A) Unlike the one in which the peripheral side surface of the fitting recess according to the invention of the applicant of the present application is entirely double-walled, the double-walled front and rear sides are omitted. The outer peripheral portion has a substantially rectangular shape with few irregularities, cutting loss from the original can be suppressed to a minimum, and folding operation can be simplified. (B) Since the two front and rear end portions lacking the double-structured wall are stacked with the reinforcing folding piece, the required cushioning performance can be sufficiently ensured. (C) The plane shape of the fitting recess can be formed in an unequal polygonal shape only by providing a refracting cut in the portion where the left and right double-structured walls of the fitting recess are bent and formed. (D) By providing an uncut portion at a part of the half-cut line provided for facilitating bending of the fold line, it is possible to suppress the strength reduction of the packing due to the half-cut line. (E) On the top surface of the packing, stress distribution notches or stress distribution cuts are provided at the corners of the rim of the fitting recess. Eliminates the risk of tears. (F) By narrowing the lateral width of the bottom surface, which is the bottom of the fitting recess, smaller than the lateral width of the fitting recess, it is possible to save material costs and adjust the cushioning performance. (G) Because it can be stored and transported in a flat and compact form, storage and transportation costs are greatly reduced. (H) The position, number, shape, etc. of the cushioning ribs may be changed as appropriate, or the cushioning ribs may be erected in a two-layered manner to maximize the cushioning characteristics of the packing to the individual packaged article. Can be easily changed to fit. (I) Contribute to waste of oil resources. (J) It is possible to solve the problem of dust disposal that occurs when a large amount of styrofoam packing is discarded.
