For example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 5-118615, steel frames are used to construct vertical skeletons, and transverse mold dies are laid across these skeletons to form beams. A general assembly method is to fix the exterior panel to the top with fasteners such as bolts. Furthermore, in order to maintain a predetermined strength in this prefabricated house, it is necessary to provide a brace in a diagonal direction. Further, for example, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 51-42970, a panel-shaped member to be mounted having a flange portion and a column member having a flange portion are fitted to each other, and a clip is fitted to this. There was one that made it possible to assemble a house.

However, in order to secure the required strength, not only the corners of the conventional prefabricated house described above, but also the steel square pipe-shaped pillars are installed in order to secure the required strength. Not only does the number of components of the components increase, but also the number of assembling steps becomes complicated, and it becomes difficult to unitize the assembling method, so that the intended purpose of the assembling building cannot be achieved. Further, in the conventional prefabricated house, since an attached body such as an exterior panel or a window frame is tightly fixed to a skeleton or a beam, the air permeability between the two is poor, which causes dew condensation to occur. There were problems that were not put to practical use. Further, as shown in Sakino Jitsuko Sho 51-42970, by simply connecting the pillar member and the flange portion formed on the attached body with a clip in the house, the ventilation is improved, but as a house Is weak in strength, cannot be put to practical use, and is difficult to assemble from the outside of the house, which is also a problem in terms of workability. The present invention solves the above problems, facilitates and ensures assembly work, and maintains the required strength of the flat surface (exterior surface) without providing columns or braces in the connecting portions that connect the panels to each other. It is an object of the present invention to provide a panel connecting member in a prefabricated building that can be reduced in weight and unitized with a reduction in the number of constituent members, and that can prevent condensation from occurring and have a heat insulating function. Is.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing a wall structure of a prefabricated building using a panel connecting member of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an external perspective view showing a first embodiment of the panel connecting member of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is an assembly drawing showing the relationship between the panel connecting member and the body to be attached in FIG. 2, and FIG. 4 is an assembly drawing showing the second embodiment of the panel connecting member of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the prefabricated building is a plate-shaped corner member 3 having the same length in the longitudinal direction, a joiner cap 4, 14 It is assembled by using the panel connecting portion 5 of the invention and the mounted body 6 including the exterior panel and the window frame. Here, a first embodiment of the panel connecting member 8 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. First, the structure of the panel connecting portion 5 for connecting the exterior panels 6, 6 to each other using the panel connecting member 8 of the present invention will be described. Panel connecting member 8
Is a flat plate portion 8a made of a single metal plate and a pair of symmetrical bent portions 9, 10, 11 formed on both sides of the flat plate portion 8a.
It consists of That is, at both ends of the flat plate portion 8a, first bent portions 9 and 9 which are bent at a substantially right angle to the back surface are integrally formed, and further, each end portion of the first bent portions 9 and 9 is formed. In addition, the second bent portions 10, 10 that are bent at a substantially right angle to the front surface side are integrally formed, and further, at each end of the second bent portions 10, 10 are bent at a substantially right angle to the front surface side. The bent third bent portions 11, 11 are integrally formed. In this way, by forming a plurality of bent portions 9, 10 and 11, the plate material increases the strength in the longitudinal direction and becomes substantially the same strength as that using a prismatic material, so it is sufficient for buckling load. Can withstand. Further, an engaging ridge 12 is projectingly fixed to the surface side of the vertical plate 8b between the first bent portion 9 and the second bent portion 10, and further, the flat plate portion 8a A plurality of holes (not shown) are formed at approximately the center in the longitudinal direction at predetermined intervals, and a nut serving as a fixing portion on the back surface side of the flat plate portion corresponding to each of these holes.
13 is stuck. The engaging protruding portion 12 may be integrally formed on the vertical plate 8b, or a separate member may be attached, for example, by welding. On the other hand, the joiner cap 14 joined to the flat plate portion 8a of the panel connecting member 8 is a plate in which both ends of the flat plate portion 14a are bent in a U shape to form a packing storage portion 16 for storing the waterproof packing 15. The plate-shaped metal plate has a length corresponding to the length of the panel connecting member 8 in the longitudinal direction, and a mounting hole is formed at a position corresponding to the nut 13. In the first embodiment, since the engaging ridges 12 are formed integrally with the panel connecting member 8, the engaging recesses are formed at the ends of the exterior panel 6 which is fixedly connected to the panel connecting member 8. The strip portion 6b is formed. A decorative plate 7 is attached to the entire surface of the exterior panel 6. Next, the operation of assembling the exterior panel 6 which is the body to be attached in the panel connecting portion 5 will be described. A flat plate portion 8a of the panel connecting member 8 integrally formed with a plurality of bent portions at both ends is erected on a base (not shown), and is a space formed by the first, second, and third bent portions 9, 10, 11. By fitting the exterior panel 6 to the portion, the engaging recess 6b formed at the end of the exterior panel 6 fits with the engaging projection 12 formed on the vertical plate 8b of the panel connecting member 8. Locked, exterior panel 6 and flat plate 8a
And are in the same state. The flush state is not necessarily limited to this, and includes cases where it is not flush (hereinafter also referred to as flush state including cases where it is not flush). Then, the packing storage portion 16 of the joiner cap 14
With the water-tight packing 15 housed inside contacting the surface of the exterior panel 6 and the mounting hole of the joiner cap 14 and the hole of the flat plate portion 8a in correspondence with each other, the washer is inserted through the mounting hole.
It is assembled by screwing a bolt 18 to a nut 13 via 17. By this assembly, the back surface 6a of the exterior panel 6, the second bent portion 10, and the third bent portion 11 form a space portion C 1 . At this time, the front end portion 11a of the third bent portion 11 is attached to the exterior panel 6
It is desirable that the back surface 6a is designed so as to surely contact the back surface 6a. Therefore, by providing the space C 1
Since C 1 will function as a communication hole for ventilation of the exterior panel 6, it can prevent the occurrence of dew condensation and have a heat insulating function in the winter and the like, and the above-described configuration maintains a predetermined strength. While reducing the number of constituent members, it may be possible to reduce the weight and form a unit. Next, FIG. 4 is an assembly view showing a second embodiment of the panel connecting member of the present invention, and the panel connecting member 8'of the panel connecting portion 5 is shown.
Has the same shape as that shown in FIG. However, this is the case where the length of the flat plate portion 8a 'is extremely long, and accordingly, a plurality of fixing portions are arranged at appropriate intervals. The side panel 20 is fixed to the rear surface of the exterior panel 19,
Further, at the end portion thereof, an engaging concave portion 21 for fitting the engaging convex portion 12 is formed, and plate-like mounting pieces 22 and 23 are vertically arranged around the engaging concave portion 21. Formed mounting member 24
Is fixed by a fixing tool 25. By fixing the attachment member 24, the space portions C 2 and C 3 are formed at the end portion of the exterior panel 19. Further, a reinforcing panel 26 is interposed between the vertical plates 8b 'of the panel connecting member 8'for reinforcement. This is particularly effective when the flat plate portion 8a 'is long. And, this action is similar to the above-mentioned action, by fitting the engaging concave line portion 21 of the exterior panel 19 to the engaging convex line portion 12 of the panel connecting member 8 ′, the space portion is formed.
C 1 , C 2 and C 3 are formed. Further, the flat plate-shaped joiner cap 27 is used to position it with respect to the mounting piece 23 of the mounting member 24, and screwed with the nut 13 via the washer 17 with the bolt 18 to assemble the panel connecting portion 5. Also in this embodiment, by using the panel connecting member 8 ', the present invention can prevent the occurrence of dew condensation on the exterior panel 19 and have a heat insulating function, and at the same time, can reduce the number of assembling steps and reduce the weight while maintaining the required strength. The exterior panel can be greatly contributed, is stably and reliably assembled, and the rigidity is maintained by the fixing of the mounting member 24 capable of reinforcing the end portion thereof, and the workability and the assembling strength are extremely good. In each of the embodiments, the plurality of bent portions formed on both sides of the flat plate portion of the panel connecting member are symmetrical with each other depending on the shape of the end portion of the exterior panel. Of course, it may be asymmetric. Further, in each of the embodiments, the exterior panel is mainly used as the attached body, but the present invention is not limited to this, and an opening frame member such as a panel-shaped door portion or window portion may be used. Further, it goes without saying that the panel connecting member and the joiner cap may be formed by bending or extruding a metal plate such as an iron plate, a steel plate, or an aluminum plate, or by extruding a synthetic resin. In each of the examples, the vertical plate having the engaging ridges formed was used, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the one having the engaging ridges may be used. It goes without saying that the end portion of the mounted body is formed with an engaging projection portion to which this engaging recess portion is fitted.
