2. Description of the Related Art As this type of vertical automatic packaging machine, there is one as shown in FIG. In this method, a material film F made of polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride or other thermoplastic resin is moved in the longitudinal direction while being folded in two by a bending tool (forming chute) 2 along the longitudinal direction. Vertical welding rolls (vertical heat welding means) 3 and 3 are vertically welded while being moved in the longitudinal direction while being sandwiched between cylindrical rolls F1.
Then, the material F1 moving vertically downward is sequentially sealed in a horizontal direction by a pair of horizontal rotating horizontal heat welding rolls (horizontal heat welding means) 4 ′, 4 ′ at required intervals.
A packaged object such as a liquid or a fluid is continuously supplied from a fixed quantity supply device 5 by a pipe 6 passing through the bending tool 2 and, after the next horizontal seal, the sealing portion is rotated by a cutter (cutting means) 7.

However, in the conventional vertical automatic packaging machine as described above, the rotating horizontal heat welding roll 4 ',
4 'is arranged horizontally, and when a lot of articles to be packaged, such as liquids, are put and a large horizontal swelling tubular material F1 is horizontally sealed at once, wrinkles may sometimes occur in the horizontal sealing portion. Causes poor horizontal sealing. In this case, since the packaged material such as the liquid in the tubular material F1 is heat-welded while being extruded within a very short time, the sealing portion is liable to be bitten, and the time for the horizontal sealing is not sufficient, and Shortages are more likely to occur. For this reason, it has been impossible to increase the speed and efficiency of the packaging operation.

[0005] The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned points, and does not cause insufficient adhesion of a packaging film even when a horizontal seal is made across a packaged object such as a liquid in a filled state. Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a vertical automatic packaging machine capable of increasing the speed of the horizontal seal without generating wrinkles in the horizontal seal portion and increasing the efficiency of the packaging operation.

A vertical automatic packaging machine for manufacturing a packaged product by cutting a horizontal seal portion of a packaging film by a cutting means, wherein the horizontal heat welding means has an axis vertical to the vertical seal portion side of the packaging film. The seal side is inclined in the range of 25 to 50 degrees so that the seal side is downward, and at least a pair of seal parts contact each other so that the seal starts from the vertical seal part side of the packaging film and ends at the opposite vertical seal side. It is characterized by comprising a pair of spirally formed heat welding rolls.

Here, when the tube-shaped packaging film is sequentially pressed from the vertical seal portion side to the anti-vertical seal side, relative movement of the facing packaging film is allowed on the anti-vertical seal side, and finally, The folds are formed, and the pieces are smoothly adhered without generating wrinkles. Conversely, when the packing film is sequentially pressed from the side opposite the vertical seal to the vertical seal, the relative movement of the facing packaging films is restrained by the vertical seal, and wrinkles are concentrated on the vertical seal. Therefore, the axis of the horizontal heat welding roll is inclined such that the vertical seal side of the packaging film is up and the vertical seal side is down, and the sealing of the horizontal heat welding roll is started from the vertical seal side of the packaging film. Because it is formed in a spiral shape so that it ends on the side opposite to the vertical seal side, even if a large amount of articles to be packaged is inflated greatly, the tubular packaging film moves in the longitudinal direction and Lateral sealing is performed while being sequentially pressed toward the vertical sealing side, and a sufficient sealing time is secured.

More specifically, the width of the folded film is 70 mm and the length between the horizontal seals is 100.
mm, and the sealing length is 20 mm, the sealing time is 20/100. If the inclination angle is 30 degrees, 70
× TAN30 ° = 40.4, sealing time is 100
This is 60 / min, which is about three times the sealing time. Then, heat welding is performed smoothly and reliably without generating wrinkles. As described above, the sealing time is sufficiently secured by moving the packaging film in the longitudinal direction while the packaging film is being moved in the longitudinal direction, so that the packaging operation speed can be increased and the efficiency can be increased. The spiral inclination angle of 25 to 50 degrees of the seal portion of the lateral heat welding roll is appropriately selected depending on properties such as the viscosity of the article to be packaged.

Each of the horizontal sealing heat welding rolls 4 is formed by cutting from a cylindrical metal or casting and cutting so as to leave the circular flanges 42A and 42B at the front and rear ends and the seal portion 41. The sealing section 41 starts the sealing from the vertical sealing section side VS of the packaging film,
S is formed spirally so as to end with S
The first sealing work surface 41B forms an arc so as to be able to roll with the other side so that no excessive force is applied to the packaging film F1. A hole 41A into which a heating element is inserted is formed along the axis A1 at the center of the seal portion 41, and the seal working surface 41B is baked with silicon. The spiral inclination angle of the spiral seal portion 41 is appropriately determined together with the film feed speed according to the properties of the liquid of the packaged object.

[0013] Thus, the tubular packaging film F1
Is a horizontal sealing heat welding in which the axis A1 is inclined such that the packaging film vertical seal side VS is on the upper side and the opposite vertical seal side AS is on the lower side even if a large amount of liquid is added and the liquid is larger than the amount of one package. While moving between rolls 4 and 4,
The liquid is pushed out sequentially by the spiral seal portions 41, 41 from the vertical seal portion side VS toward the anti-vertical seal side AS to extrude the liquid, and is smoothly welded without biting the liquid and without generating wrinkles. You. As described above, the horizontal sealing is performed while moving the packaging film in the longitudinal direction, and a sufficient sealing time is secured, so that the packaging operation speed and efficiency can be improved.

As is apparent from the above description, according to the vertical automatic packaging machine of the first aspect of the present invention, the axis of the horizontal heat welding roll is positioned such that the vertical sealing portion side of the packaging film is on the upper side and the vertical sealing side is on the opposite side. It is inclined so as to be downward, and the sealing part of the horizontal heat welding roll is formed spirally so that the sealing starts from the vertical sealing part side of the packaging film and ends at the opposite vertical sealing side, so that one packaged product Even if a large amount of packaged material is inserted and swells greatly, the tube-shaped packaging film moves in the longitudinal direction while securing sufficient horizontal sealing time, and spirals from the vertical seal to the vertical seal. The object to be packaged such as liquid is pushed out by being sequentially pressed by the seal portion, so that heat welding can be performed smoothly and reliably without wrinkles. Thus, the packaging operation speed and efficiency can be increased by the horizontal sealing while moving the packaging film in the longitudinal direction.
