と、前記移動杆の下端部に取り付けて前記流体室の送出
口に対応させた弁体とからなり、 この弁体は、前記移動杆に取り付けて前記送出口の内径
に合致してこの送出口内を摺動する主体と、該主体にお
いてその中間部に設けて前記送出口の内孔に対応したと
き、該内孔を閉塞して流体の流動を抑止させる円筒状の
停止部と、前記主体の上部において前記移動杆の下端か
ら停止部上側縁にわたって設けた傾斜辺と、前記主体に
おける停止部の上側において該停止部径より小径に形成
して、前記操作手段による移動杆が大移動したとき、前
記傾斜辺に沿って主体の略全周から送出口へ流体が流動
する大流量部と、前記操作手段による移動杆が小移動し
たとき、前記大流量部から小容量の流体が流動する小流
量部とを備えさせ、 この小流量部は、大流量部より容量が小さい溝状に形成
されてその流動始端から流動終端まで一連に穿設し、前
記流動始端は、主体の傾斜辺において大流量部に臨ま
せ、流動終端は、前記主体における停止部外周の上縁部
まで設けたことを特徴とする流体充填機用充填バルブ。
