In FIG. 7, 1 is a hot water flow path, 2 is a water flow path, and an automatic pressure regulating valve 3 is provided in connection with each flow path. The automatic pressure regulating valve 3 includes a hot water side valve body 4 and a hot water side valve seat 5 for reducing the primary pressure PH1 of the hot water flow path 1, a water side valve body 6 for reducing the primary pressure PC1 of the water flow path 2, and a water side. It comprises a valve seat 7, a valve shaft 8 connecting the hot water side valve body 4 and the water side valve body 6, and a piston 9 which operates with a pressure difference between the primary pressure PH <b> 1 and the PC <b> 1 after decompression of hot water and water. Thus, even if the pressure of hot water or water changes suddenly, the automatic pressure regulating valve 3 moves at that pressure, and acts so that the secondary pressure PH2 of the hot water and water and PC2 are always kept equal. The mixing ratio of hot water and water is varied by moving the mixing valve energized by the motor 11 left and right to change the mixing temperature. Reference numeral 13 denotes a mixing section of hot water and water. After mixing, the hot water is discharged through a flow rate control opening / closing valve 14. Is controlled by the motor 11 and the flow control on / off valve so as to match the value of the setting means 17.

When a current flows from the control means 18 to the coil 23, the plunger 22 made of a magnetic material applies a bias force to the valve shaft 8 according to Fleming's law. When the biasing force and the urging force of the urging means 19 are balanced, the automatic pressure regulating valve balances.

For example, when the current is small, the force of the urging means 19 is stronger, so that the water-side valve body 6 opens more than the hot-water-side valve body 4, and the tapping temperature decreases.

When the current is increased, the plunger 22 is pushed out against the force of the urging means 19, so that the hot-water-side valve body 4 opens, and as a result, the hot-water tapping temperature increases.

In this way, the control means 18 inputs the signal of the mixed hot water temperature detecting means 15 and the signal of the setting means 17 to adjust the current flowing through the coil 23 so that the tap water temperature becomes the set temperature.

The adhesion of the scale varies greatly depending on the temperature of the hot water, and at 80 ° C., it is deposited several tens of times at 40 ° C. Also, the lower the flow rate, the easier the adhesion. For this reason, scale adhesion to the mixing valve 20 is likely to occur during the tapping and after the tapping is stopped until the temperature of the mixing unit 13 is completely cooled.

However, during tapping, since the main control means 26 adjusts the coil current to move the mixed hot water temperature to the set temperature and moves the mixing valve 20, the scale does not easily adhere.

Therefore, after the hot water is stopped, the high-temperature mixed hot water stays in the mixing section, so that there is a possibility that the scale adhesion is most promoted.

The main control means 26 sends a signal to the timer means 31 when it detects that the flow control on-off valve 14 has closed and the tapping has stopped (point a in FIG. 3) based on a signal from the close detection means 25. Then, a signal is sent to the first control means 27 to move the mixing valve 20, and the first control means 27 starts to send a signal to the first drive amount setting means 28 based on this signal to drive the mixing valve 20.
The timer means 31 starts to measure time by a signal from the main control means 26.

Tapping after stopping a temperature in the valve will come steadily down since the high-temperature hot water is not supplied. The time during which the temperature in the valve falls to the temperature without the deposition of scale is set in the main control means 26 in advance. When the time measured by the timer means 29 reaches the time previously set in the main control means 26 (point b in FIG. 3), the main control means 26 sends a signal to the first control means 27 to drive the mixing valve 20. FIG. 3 shows a change in coil current as an example of the operation of the mixing valve 20 by the first drive amount setting means 28 at this time. For a certain period of time after the stoppage of tapping (T in FIG. 3), the current value during tapping is held in case of tapping again immediately. Thereafter, the coil current is changed from the minimum value at which the mixing valve 20 is fully opened to the maximum value at which the hot water is fully opened.

The movement of the mixing valve 20 makes it difficult for the scale to adhere to the mixing valve 20. Furthermore, if the scale is a mixing valve
Since the mixing valve 20 itself is periodically driven even if it adheres to the scale 20, the scale can be removed before the valve is fixed.

In the example of FIG. 3, the mixing valve 20 is operated intermittently.
In addition to this, the mixing valve 20 is continuously operated until the signal of the mixed hot water temperature detecting means 15 reaches a preset value. The mixing valve is operated only twice when the value reaches the preset value, and the mixing valve is operated only once when the signal of the mixed hot water temperature detecting means 15 reaches a preset value. It is effective for preventing scale adhesion and sticking of valves.

When the tapping is requested by the setting means 17 or the like after the tapping is stopped, when the mixing valve 20 is driven to prevent scale adhesion as described above, the flow control on-off valve 14
There is a danger that the mixed hot water that greatly deviates from the set temperature will flow out when the is opened. Therefore, the main control means monitors the signal of the first control means, and when there is a re-watering request, the flow control on-off valve

First, when the position of the mixing valve is at the position for supplying the set temperature or at a temperature lower than that at the time of the re-watering request (point c in FIG. 4 or point d in FIG. 5), the main control means sets the second control to the second position. The second control means 29 starts to send a signal to the second drive amount setting means 28 based on this signal, and opens the flow control on-off valve 14. At this time, the tapping temperature is lower than the set temperature, which is safe.

When the position of the mixing valve is higher than the set temperature at the time of the re-watering request (point e in FIG. 6), the main control means monitors the signal of the first control means 27, so that mixing is performed. valve
When the first control means 27 outputs a signal at which the drive current 20 can supply the set temperature (point f in FIG. 6), a signal is output to the second control means 29, and the second control means 29 starts to send a signal to the second drive amount setting means 28 in response to this signal, and opens the flow control on-off valve 14. By performing this process, the tap water temperature does not become higher than the set temperature, and a safe hot water temperature can be supplied.
