(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the conventional method, for example, a method of forming a shield room or a shield box is not effective unless the entire surface is surrounded, it takes a lot of man-hours to assemble, and it is difficult to move and complicated. It is difficult to cope with the shape and the large space, and it is difficult to apply it to construction work that needs to be arbitrarily divided, and it is expensive to perform.

On the other hand, the method of wrapping with a sheet-like electromagnetic shielding material has a drawback that it lacks insulation or lacks transparency. In addition, the method of partially shielding an electronic device from electromagnetic waves lacks the certainty of the electromagnetic shielding effect, and has a drawback that contamination cannot be prevented by dust or the like because it cannot be partitioned.

FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the electromagnetic shielding sheet 1 according to the applicant's registration application as described above.
Reference numeral 15 denotes an aluminum deposition layer, and reference numeral 16 denotes an insulating sheet. The material to be deposited 14 is a polyester film, an aluminum deposited layer 15
Is 50 to 200 mm thick, and the insulating sheet 16 is made of soft vinyl chloride. Regarding the surface of the electromagnetic shielding sheet 1 that comes into contact with the reinforced concrete, the electromagnetic shielding effect hardly changes even if any side of the sheet is joined, but it is more effective to attach the aluminum vapor-deposited layer 15 closer to the reinforced concrete for the electrostatic coupling. Be stronger.

FIG. 4 is a graph of the electromagnetic shielding effect of the embodiment of the present invention shown in FIG. The electromagnetic shielding effect when the electromagnetic wave source 2 in FIG. 1 is replaced by a transmitter using an antenna and the electronic device 3 is replaced by a receiver, the distance between the two is 2.2 m, and the thickness of the aluminum deposition layer 15 is 100 mm is shown in a graph. Indicated. Frequency [MHz] on the horizontal axis,
The vertical axis indicates the electromagnetic shielding effect in [dB]. As shown in the graph, an effect of 15 to 40 dB was obtained below 7 MHz. When the reinforced concrete wall surface 4 of FIG. 1 was measured as a steel partition, the same effect was obtained.

As described above, by joining the electromagnetic shielding sheet 1 and the building frame with a contact width with each other, the electrostatic coupling is performed even through the insulating layer, and the electromagnetic shielding sheet easily has an electromagnetic shielding effect of 15 to 40 dB. The shielding space can be reliably formed. Further, as shown in the present embodiment, it is not necessary to surround the entire surface with the electromagnetic shielding sheet 1, and the sheet may be laid on the minimum surface requiring visibility. As described above, the electromagnetic shielding sheet 1 has the configuration shown in FIG. 3 and can be laid in an arbitrary shape in a short time because the thickness can be reduced to 0.3 mm or less, and it is lightweight and flexible. can do. Further, since the outer surface of the electromagnetic shielding sheet 1 is formed of the insulating sheet 16, even if it comes into contact with an electric component or the like, it can be safely laid without short-circuit. Since the aluminum deposition layer 15 has a thickness of 50 to 200 °, it has transparency. However, if transparency is not required, the thickness may be 200 mm or more. Further, since the building frame is joined via an insulating layer without directly grounding, it is possible to prevent a lightning surge or noise intrusion from other devices, and to protect electronic devices.

In this embodiment, aluminum is used as the metal to be deposited. However, a material having a shielding effect such as copper, gold, silver, and iron can also be used. In addition, material for evaporation of polyester film
Instead of 14 and the aluminum deposition layer 15, it is also possible to use a polymer film with conductive π-electron conjugate point or a hybrid material obtained by mixing, doping, ion implantation, etc. at the molecular level with a conductive polymer and a different material. It is possible.

(Effect of the Invention) As described in detail above, by joining the electromagnetic shielding sheet of the steel partition of the reinforced concrete building frame via the insulating layer, the electromagnetically shielded section of any shape can be easily formed. Can be formed. Further, since the bonding is performed via the insulating layer, it is possible to prevent lightning surge and noise from entering from other devices. In addition, electromagnetic shielding sheets can be made transparent and flame-retardant, and are thin and flexible. Therefore, there are many electrical components and electronic devices, many obstacles, and many noise sources that are complicated and fluctuate in a wide space. In construction work in which dust and the like are liable to be generated, an inexpensive temporary partition having insulation, transparency, flexibility, arbitrariness, and simplicity can be provided. It can also be used for experimental facilities. And so on.
