<Conventional technology> Conventionally, in order to separate the above-mentioned sheet-shaped synthetic resin molded product into individual products, a cut is made between each product by a Thomson blade or the like, and then these are separated manually.

However, performing this task manually was inefficient and inefficient. Therefore, a separation device has been provided which can separate the sheet-like synthetic resin molded articles at a time in a state of being stacked in large numbers. In the following description, a state in which one product as a finished product is vertically stacked in a large number is referred to as a synthetic resin molded product row (or a molded product row).

As disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 62-148196, the conventional separating device includes a conveying device that conveys a large number of sheet-shaped synthetic resin molded products in a stacked state, and a front end in a conveying direction of the conveying device. And a rectangular frame provided on the side and capable of simultaneously holding a plurality of rows of synthetic resin molded products arranged in a horizontal direction from above and below. The square frame is provided with a support portion for holding the row of molded products, and the lower end thereof is pivotally supported by a single support shaft orthogonal to the transport direction. It falls down while holding the resin molded product.

Further, the separating device is provided below the falling position of the square frame, and receives a plurality of molded product rows separated by the square frame, and a mounting table above or below the molded product row on the mounting table. A pressing plate for pressing the row of molded articles from one side to separate the row of molded articles into one row of molded articles; This pressing plate is separated into one molded product row by shifting the leading one molded product row and the next molded product row in a parallel state.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> However, in the separation device, since the support portion in the square-shaped frame sandwiches the synthetic resin molded product row from above and below, a strong force for shearing is applied to the molded product. There is a drawback that the yield is lowered due to deformation or crushing of several upper sheets. In particular, when the sheet-like synthetic resin molded product is separated into products within a few minutes after molding, the synthetic resin molded product is not yet completely cooled in a state where there is residual heat, so that it is particularly easily crushed. There is.

Also, the pressing plate for separating the row of molded articles supplied on the mounting table is pressed from above or below one of the stacked rows of molded articles, so that the molded articles are further deformed or crushed. There is also the disadvantage of rolling.

Furthermore, since the above-mentioned square frame repeatedly separates and conveys the synthetic resin molded product line by repeating the upright state and the laid-down state, it takes a considerable amount of time for one separation operation, and the operation efficiency cannot be improved. However, there is a problem that the cost is increased.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to achieve the above object, the synthetic resin molded product separation apparatus of the present invention is configured to move a synthetic resin molded product row formed by stacking a large number of sheet-shaped synthetic resin molded products in a conveying direction. And a transport device that transports in a state in which a plurality of rows are arranged in parallel in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction, and, among synthetic resin molded product rows in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction, one unit row sent to the top in the transport direction. A first separating device that presses from the side in the same direction as the arrangement direction to shear and separate from the subsequent synthetic resin molded product row;
It has a transport section for transporting the plurality of synthetic resin molded article rows separated by the first separation device along the arrangement direction of the rows, and accommodates one of the synthetic resin molded article rows sent by the transport section. In addition, a plurality of housing sections are provided which move in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction and are separated from the next row of synthetic resin molded articles while accommodating one molding article row, and this And a second separating device having a drive unit for circulating the product line between the accommodation position and the removal position of the molded product line.

<Effects of the Invention> As described above, according to the synthetic resin molded product separation device of the present invention, a synthetic resin molded product line in which a plurality of first separation devices are arranged in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction is formed from the side. Pressing in the arrangement direction, and the accommodating portion moves in a direction orthogonal to the transport direction in a state of accommodating one molded article row, so that the connected molded article rows are separated into individual molded article rows. At this time, it is possible to eliminate the possibility that the upper product is deformed or crushed.
