2. Description of the Related Art Movable wings such as aircraft flaps need to be removed from the fuselage for maintenance work such as partial repainting, painting or especially heavy maintenance, and maintenance work must be performed on a regular basis. In the case of, etc., because the dimensions are large, carry the product upright so that it is easy to pass through the passage etc. to the work place, and after bringing it into the work place, fix both wing surfaces so that you can access the entire wing surface Maintenance work was performed alternately on the side. For this reason, specifically, when maintenance is performed, the flaps and the like removed from the aircraft are mounted on a dedicated transport truck using a crane and transported to the maintenance shop,
At the factory, the work was carried out again by using a crane and put on a special work table, and after the maintenance was completed, the equipment was transported and mounted on the opposite body again. For this reason, during the maintenance work, it takes time to move the flap, and it is necessary to lift it with a device such as a crane every time the reversal operation for movement and inspection is performed, which is a problem from the viewpoint of ensuring the safety of work. .

In this embodiment, the maintenance trolley has a chassis 16 movably supported by four wheels 13, on which bearings 8, 8 a rotating shaft 9 having a substantially horizontal axis is provided. Are located. A driving device 11 is connected to one end of the rotating shaft 9 via a shaft coupling 10. The driving device 11 is controlled by an appropriate control device (not shown) to move the rotating shaft 9 in an arbitrary direction. The rotation can be controlled.
Further, three supports 4 are protrudingly provided at predetermined positions on the rotating shaft 9 in the longitudinal direction, and a stay 7 is provided at a position eccentric by a predetermined angle from the supports 4 aligned in a line. ing.

Also, this maintenance trolley has a tow bar 12 at one end of the chassis 16.
Is provided so that it can be towed by an appropriate self-propelled vehicle or the like. Outriggers 14 are attached to the chassis 16 in the vicinity of the wheels, respectively. When the vehicle is stopped at a predetermined position of the maintenance trolley, at the time of work, the outriggers 14 are vertically extended by operating the handle 15 to lift the wheels. The outrigger 14 can be fixedly supported.

When using the maintenance trolley, the outrigger 14 is first lowered by operating the handle 15 so that the maintenance trolley is fixedly supported. Here, using a crane or the like, the flap 1 removed from the aircraft is aligned with the hinge fitting 2 of the flap 1 and the support 4 of the maintenance trolley as shown in the figure, and fixed by the hinge pin 3, and the operating fitting of the flap 1 is further fixed. 5 and the stay 7 on the maintenance trolley side are fixed by the operating pin 6, and the mounting of the flap 1 on the maintenance trolley is completed. Thus, when the mounting of the flap 1 on the maintenance trolley is completed,
The outrigger 14 is stored by operating the handle 15 and the wheels
13 and transported to a work site such as a maintenance shop in a state where the flap 1 is upright as shown in the second 1-A, and the outrigger 14 is lowered by operating the handle 15 at the work site. Fixedly support the maintenance trolley. In this way, when the vehicle arrives at the work site, the maintenance trolley is fixedly supported by the outrigger 14 by operating the handle 15 again, and the driving device
The rotating shaft 9 is rotated at 11 to perform the maintenance work by tilting the flap 1 to the 1-B side or 1-C side according to the maintenance surface of the flap 1 as shown in FIG. Further, it can be set at an arbitrary position in the middle of rotation as required for maintenance, and the efficiency of work can be increased. After the work is completed, the flap 1 is set upright by the drive device 11 in the state of 1-A, and the outrigger 14 is detached in the reverse procedure to the previous one, and is moved to the position where it is attached to the fixed wing of the aircraft. In this way, since the maintenance trolley is moved while being mounted on the 1-A posture, the width dimension is reduced, the movement is easy even in a narrow passage, etc., and there is no need to reload the maintenance trolley at the work site. It is possible to raise and lower the flap to an arbitrary position where it is easy to work, thereby improving work efficiency and ensuring safety. As means for attaching the flap 1 to the maintenance trolley, usually, the hinge 1 is attached to the fixed wing side of the flap 1 and an operation fitting 5 for operating the flap 1 is used to attach the flap 1 to the maintenance trolley. Because it is easy to attach and detach to the maintenance trolley,
Even if this flap is rotated on the maintenance trolley, there is no fear that an excessive load is applied to the flap 1 and the flap 1 is inadvertently applied.
It does not damage the product. In this embodiment, the outrigger is provided. However, the outrigger can be replaced with a swivel caster. In this case, lateral movement and short-time substitution of wheels can be performed.
