Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明はエレベータのかご内にある操作盤及びホール
側にあるホール釦等に使用される照光式押釦スイツチに
係り、特に、隅押し時の釦の過度な傾きによつて発生す
る復帰不能の防止を図り、動作が確実で接点の接触性の
向上及び長寿命化を図つた照光式押釦スイツチの構造に
関する。

渋)に対する復帰力や隅押しにより接点接触動作の確実
性などの点については考慮されていなかつた。また、実
開昭56−147533号公報に示す照光式押釦スイツチでも、
板ばね状可動接点機構を釦の下部一箇所に配置している
ために、隅押しによる接点接触動作の確実性・信頼性の
点については論じられていなかつた。そして、この種の
押釦スイツチには釦の過度な操作押圧に対しての逃げ機
構がないために、操作押圧が直接接点の接触機構部に伝
達されるため可動接点の弾性限界を越えて折損したり、
接点の早期摩耗や異常摩耗につながるなどの不具合につ
いても言及されていなかつた。

や異常摩耗の防止に対しては、釦の操作押圧を直接接点
の接触機構部に伝達させないように可動接触子を、一旦
は、固定接点に接触させたのちに逃げばねによつて反力
を生じさせ、可動接触子、及び、固定接点には規定値以
上の負担を与えない構造とする。
