ヤハーネスはプロテクタ本体１の両側からでている部分
はビニルテープ又は他の外装品で集束されており、この
為電線のたるみをプロテクタ本体１内で処理している
が、プロテクタ本体１内にワイヤハーネス10の電線11を
たるませて収容し、この上に蓋２を被せると、図５に示
したように、電線11がプロテクタからはみ出して、この
はみ出た電線11が周囲の熱的、機械的影響を受けて損傷
するという問題があった。このようなことから、図６に
示したように、プロテクタ本体１の側壁４上に電線ガイ
ド壁12を設けて電線のはみ出し防止が計られていた（公

ことにより内側に倒れてプロテクタ内に収まるように設

いて、前記プロテクタ本体側壁の内面に、プロテクタ本
体の内方の蓋側に延びる舌片が前記プロテクタ本体と一

容した電線が飛出さないことを第一に考えて決められる
が、電線の収容に邪魔にならないように配慮する必要が
