In the stopper 5 of the present embodiment, a stopper pin 52 is provided between the rear end of the stopper pin 52 and the rear end of the main body 50.
A spring may be interposed to keep the 52 constantly projecting forward. This makes it possible to reliably hold the hanging member 2 at the lower position when the hanging member 2 is not used.

Conversely, a spring may be provided between the front of the main body and the lever 521 in the main body 50 to bias the stopper pin 52 rearward. Thus, when the lever 521 is disengaged from the engagement groove 502, the stopper pin 52 is automatically retracted, and the hanging member 2 can be raised. In this case, it is necessary to engage the lever 521 deeply and securely with the engagement groove 502 so that the stopper pin 52 does not retract when the hanging member 2 is not used.
