Description

【考案の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本考案は防水性を必要とする場
所、たとえば自動車のエンジンルーム等に用いられるモ
ータの防水構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】近年のカーエレクトロニクスに伴い、防
水性を要するモータの利用が増加している。
【０００３】以下、図面を参照しながら上述の従来のモ
ータの防水構造について説明する。図３において、１は
ケース、２はカバーを示しモータ部（図示せず）を包み
込んでいる。３はグロメットで、モータに給電するリー
ド穴３ａを有しリード線４が通っておりケース１，カバ
ー２により挟み込まれている。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】しかしながら上記構成
では、図４に示すようにケース１とカバー２のグロメッ
ト３を挟み込む合わせ面５でグロメット３をかみ込んで
しまい、防水性をそこなうという問題を有していた。ま
た、リード線４が挿入されたグロメット３の両側面は、
リード穴中心線部がふくらみグロメット３のかみ込みを
助長し、かつグロメットの挿入性に難を提していた。さ
らに、構造上や外形寸法制約上リード穴中心線が合わせ
面５に一致するケースが希でなかった。
【０００５】本考案は上記問題点に鑑み、グロメットの
挿入性を改良し防水性を確実なものとするモータの防水
構造を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は上記目的を達成
するために、モータ部をケースおよびカバーで完全に包
み込む構造であって、リード線をリード穴に通したグロ
メットと、前記カバーのグロメット挿入用溝の両側内面
部を延長し、かつ、前記ケースとの嵌合面部に略三角形
状凸部を、その頂点が前記グロメットのリード穴中心線
上に重ならないように設け、また前記ケースには前記カ
バーの凸部に対応する凹部を設け、前記グロメットを挟
み込んだものである。

【作用】本考案は上記した構成により、グロメットの挿
入性を高め、かつ防水性を確実に達成するものである。

【実施例】以下、本考案の一実施例について図１，図２
を参照しながら説明する。
【０００９】図１は本考案の一実施例における斜視部分
部品図である。リード線４の通されたグロメット３はケ
ース１に挿入され、カバー２にて密着される。
【００１０】図２は密着後の正面図である。このように
本考案のモータの防水構造によれば、グロメット３をケ
ース１に挿入する際、ケース１には略三角形状凹部が設
けられており、グロメット３の挿入を容易にしている。
またカバー２をケース１に密着させる際、カバー２の略
三角形凸部でグロメット３のリード線４によるふくらみ
を、その中心線上に合わせ面が重ならないようにしてい
るために、抑え込むことができグロメット３の側面をか
み込むことなく密着できる。

【考案の効果】以上の実施例から明らかなように、本考
案によればケース，カバーの略三角形状凹凸部を形成す
ることにより、かつケース，カバーの合わせ面がリード
穴中心線に重ならないよう設定していることにより、グ
ロメットの挿入性を容易にかつ、グロメットのケース，
カバー合わせ面によるかみ込みがなく防水性を確実なも
のとすることができる。

    (57)【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】モータ部をケースおよびカバーで完全に包
    み込む構造であって、リード線をリード穴に通したグロ
    メットと、前記カバーのグロメット挿入用溝の両側内面
    部を延長し、かつ、前記ケースとの嵌合面部に略三角形
    状凸部を、その頂点が前記グロメットのリード穴中心線
    上に重ならないように設け、また前記ケースには前記カ
    バーの凸部に対応する凹部を設け、前記グロメットを挟
    み込んだことを特徴とするモータ。
