こトンネルイレーズ型磁気ヘッドが用いられる。 従来のトンネルイレーズ型の磁気ヘッドは第2図およ
び第3図に示す様に,軟磁性体よりなる2個の磁気コア
1と2とを突き合わせて磁気ギャップ12を形成し,巻枠
10に巻線を施した記録再生ヘッド用コイル4に磁気コア
1を挿入し,バックコア3で磁気コア1と2の間を連結
し閉磁路を形成して記録再生用ヘッドとしていた。ま
た,消去用ヘッドコア部材5と5′及び6と6′を突き
合わせて磁気ギャップ14及び15を形成し,巻枠11に巻線
を施した消去用ヘッドコイル7に磁気コア5と6を挿入
し,消去用磁気ヨーク19で消去用ヘッドコア5と5′及
び6と6′を連結し消去用磁気ヘッドを形成していた。 すなわち,これらの磁気コアは第3図に示す様に軟磁

子16,17をもつ消去用磁気コア部材5,5′及び6,6′を重
ね合せ,さらにこれらを非磁性スライダ8と9で挾持固
定している。 〔考案が解決しようとする問題点〕 従来の構造の磁気ヘッド,特に消去用磁気ヘッドにお
いては第2図に示す様な形状の消去用磁気ヨーク19が用
いられているが,この磁気ヨークは消去用ヘッドコア5,
5′及び6,6′に用いられるNi−Znフェライトを研削して
形成されているため,手間がかかると同時に高価であ
る。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 本考案は、従来のかかる欠点を除くものであり、軟磁
性材よりなり、記録再生用磁気ギャップが形成された磁
気コアを、消去用磁気ギャップを形成する2枚の磁気コ
アで挟み込み、非磁性材よりなるスライダにて積層して
構成した積層型磁気ヘッドにおいて、板状の磁性材料PC
パーマロイを打ち抜いて得られた板状部材であって、第
1の方向における先端部及び後端部との間に、当該第1
の方向に対して直交する第2の方向において互いに対向
するようにして設けられたU字状切欠部を有する板状部
材の前記先端部を、前記第1及び第2の方向に対して直
交する第3の方向において、逆U字型に曲げ加工してな
る形状の消去用磁気ヨークを具え、当該消去用磁気ヨー
クの前記逆U字型に曲げ加工された前記先端部で消去用
I型コアを挟み込み、且つ、板状である前記後端部を消
去用C型コアの磁気ギャップと反対側の面に密着してな
るトンネルイレーズ型磁気ヘッドである。 〔実施例〕 本考案磁気ヘッドの実施例について図面を用いて説明
する。 第1図に示す様に本考案による磁気ヘッドは,第3図
に示す軟磁性材料よりなる2個の記録再生磁気コア1,2
の先端を突き合わせて磁気ギャップ12を形成し,これと
非磁性材料から成るU字形のコア素子13とを記録再生用
磁気ヘッドとし,この両側に磁気コア5と5′及び6と
6′を突き合わせて磁気ギャップ14及び15を形成し,こ
れと非磁性材料から成るL字形のコア素子16,17により
構成される2個の消去用磁気ヘッドを重ね合わせ,さら
にこれを非磁性材料から成るスライダ8,9で挾持固定し
て磁気ヘッドを形成する。 さらに,巻枠10に巻線を施した記録再生用ヘッドコイ
ル4に磁気コア1を挿入し,バックコア3で磁気コア1
と2の間を連結し閉磁路を形成して記録再生用ヘッドと
する。また,第3図の消去用ヘッドコア部材5と6を巻
枠11に巻線を施した消去用ヘッドコイル7に挿入し,本
考案による消去用磁気ヨーク18で消去用ヘッドコア5と
5′及び6と6′を連結し,消去用磁気ヘッドを形成す

向に対して直交する第2の方向において互いに対向する
ようにして設けられたU字状切欠部を有するものであ
り、消去用磁気ヨーク18は、当該板状部材の前記先端部
を、前記第1及び第2の方向に対して直交する第3の方
向において、逆U字型に曲げ加工してなる形状を有す
る。かかる形状の消去用磁気ヨーク18により、逆U字型
に曲げ加工された先端部で消去用I型コアを挟み込み、
且つ、板状である後端部を消去用C型コアの磁気ギャッ
プと反対側の面に密着させることで、前述のように、消
去用ヘッドコア5と5′及び6と6′を連結すると消去
用磁気ヘッドを形成することができる。 〔考案の効果〕 上述したように,従来の消去用磁気ヨークは軟磁性材
であるNi−Znフェライトを研削して形成されるため加工
工数がかかり高価であったが,本考案による消去用磁気
ヨークは軟磁性である板状(約t0.2)のPCパーマロイを
打抜き曲げ加工により形成されるため従来品に比べかな
り安価になる。 また、本考案によれば、消去用磁気ヨーク18は、先端
部と後端部との間にU字状切欠部を有する板状部材を用
いているため、先端部を逆U字型に曲げ加工する際、後
端部を当該曲げの影響が及ばないこととなり、後端部は
板状のままであることから、先端部では消去用I型コア
を挟み込み、かつ、後端部は、消去用C型コアの磁気ギ
ャップと反対側の面に対して密着することが可能であ
る。
