[Prior art] Conventionally, in order to transmit voice at a noisy place such as a coal mining / quarrying site of a mine, an airport, a construction site or a sheet metal factory, a method using a unidirectional microphone on a lip, and an acceleration type vibration pickup using a pharynx. For example, a method used in a forehead part or a forehead part is often used. However, the former unidirectional microphone has a limit in removing external noise, and is not suitable for a place where noise is severe. In addition, the latter method requires the vibration pickup to be tightly fixed at the pharynx or forehead, which makes the installation complicated or cumbersome and unsightly. There was an inconvenience that the discomfort was not remarkably long-term use.

However, in the above-described pickup device, it is difficult to stably hold the earpiece, which forms a cylindrical shell, unless the earpiece is inserted sufficiently deep into the ear canal. Therefore, when the earpiece is sufficiently inserted, the contact area and the contact pressure with the external auditory canal are increased, which is preferable for improving the function. However, the earpiece is too close to the external auditory canal, causing a feeling of strangeness and discomfort.
In addition, some people have too high a contact pressure to have a feeling of pressure or even a feeling of closing the ear canal.

The present invention solves such a problem, and it is possible to secure a sufficient contact area and contact pressure with the ear canal without inserting the earpiece deep into the ear canal, and to stably hold the microphone part due to bone conduction in the wearing part. It is a first object of the present invention to provide a device for picking up bone conduction sounds in the ear canal.

Another conventional device is known as a small intercommunication device in which an earphone portion is also built in a portion integrated with a cylindrical shell body having a microphone portion of the kind described above, thereby enabling a call. However, in such a device, since the microphone unit and the earphone unit are integrated and provided in close proximity,
In some cases, sound pressure from the earphone section may flow into the microphone section, and in order to suppress this, a method of surrounding the earphone section with a sound absorbing material or a vibration absorbing material has been adopted. However, when the ambient noise increases, the sound pressure of the earphone part has to be increased, so that there is a drawback that sneaking occurs and howling occurs, so that it can be used only when the sound pressure of the earphone part is reduced.

In principle, it is difficult to pick up air vibrations such as voices from the earphones and external noises with a vibration pickup type ear canal microphone, and the vibration direction of the air vibrations such as external noises and the vibration direction of the external ear canal microphone are in a right angle relationship. Therefore, the S / N ratio of the voice in the noise should be high. However, since the shell, which is the case housing the microphone and the earphone, is integrated, the overall shape becomes large, and the vibration absorption area increases. Although the pickup type should have good noise immunity characteristics, there was a drawback that the S / N ratio decreased under high noise. A second object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problem in a device which also includes an earphone unit and can communicate with each other together with a microphone unit.

In the first invention, the mounting portion is firstly housed in the space of the scaphoid fossa of the ear, and is supported by the entrance of the ear canal and the tragus cartilage. On the other hand, when the microphone portion held by the mounting portion is inserted into the ear canal to an appropriate depth, based on the holding force of the elastic member, the microphone portion is substantially perpendicular to the ear canal wall so as to easily pick up vibration of the ear canal wall. It comes into contact with repression. The contact pressure is set to a preferable value depending on the properties and dimensions of the elastic member. As a result, the user has a proper contact pressure on his or her ear canal wall. It is acoustically preferable that the contact portion of the bone conduction microphone portion with the wall of the external auditory canal is the tip of the bone conduction microphone portion.

Next, in the second invention, it is attached to the external auditory canal in the same manner as the first invention device, and the bone transmission sound is picked up from the bone conduction microphone unit, and the sound from the other party is received as an electric signal. This is sent to the ear canal via the sound conduit as pneumatic vibration in the earphone part. Thus,
Mutual communication is performed by the bone conduction microphone unit and the earphone unit. At this time, the bone conduction microphone unit is separated from the mounting unit in which the earphone unit is housed, and does not collect sound from the earphone unit because it is acoustically separated. Further, since the bone conduction microphone section is interposed with the mounting section via an elastic member, external sound is not transmitted to the bone conduction microphone section via the mounting section.

In this state, the voice spoken by the user is picked up by the bone conduction microphone unit 2 as the bone conduction voice, and the electric signal is transmitted from the transmitter to the other recipient via the circuit unit 14. In the present embodiment, when the bone conduction voice is picked up by the bone conduction microphone unit 2, even if the external sound is collected by the disk-shaped unit 10 of the mounting unit 1, the disk-shaped unit 10 and the bone-conduction microphone unit 2 Since the external sound is transmitted through the elastic member 13, the external sound is not transmitted to the bone conduction microphone unit 2. Also, since the bone conduction microphone unit 2 itself is miniaturized separately from the disc-shaped unit 10,
Its surface area is also small and located deep, and it hardly causes external sounds.

In the present embodiment, an earphone unit 3 may also be provided in the disk-shaped unit 10 so as to constitute a communication device capable of transmitting and receiving in cooperation with the bone conduction microphone unit 2. The earphone 3 itself may be a known one, and emits a sound from a sound conduit 31 as air vibration using a signal received from the outside via a transmitter / receiver, and the sound from the opening 32 of the mounting portion at a portion facing the ear canal entrance. Is sent to the ear canal. In this case, since the earphone unit 3 is configured so as to be separated from the distal end 2A, which is a pickup part of the bone conduction microphone unit 2, so-called sneak of sound from the earphone unit into the bone conduction microphone unit 2 does not occur. The vibration of No. 3 is not transmitted to the bone conduction microphone unit 2 via the disk-shaped portion 10.

Next, FIG. 2 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. In the previous embodiment, the bone conduction microphone portion was held on the mounting portion by a block-shaped elastic member. However, in this embodiment, most of the bone conduction microphone portion is covered with a cylindrical elastic member and the elastic member is interposed therebetween. This is characterized in that the bone conduction microphone section is held by a mounting section. In FIG. 2, portions common to those in the first embodiment of FIG. 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.

In the present invention, as described above, the periphery of the mounting portion is supported by the scaphoid fossa, and the protruding portion at the tip of the bone conduction microphone portion extending from the mounting portion is supported by the external auditory canal. The direction of the supporting force of the part and the bone conduction microphone part is perpendicular to the insertion direction and is supported at two separate positions, so that stable support is provided. Even if the bone conduction microphone unit does not strongly press into the external auditory canal, it contacts the external auditory canal with a sufficient force from a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction, so that sound can be easily picked up. Furthermore, the wearing part and the bone conduction microphone part which can incorporate the earphone part are completely different from each other, and the wearing part and the bone conduction microphone part are so arranged as to block the transmission of sound between the wearing part and the bone conduction microphone part. An elastic member is interposed between them. Therefore, the elastic member can easily obtain a force for pushing the bone conduction microphone section at right angles to the ear canal, and eliminate an undesired interaction between the earphone section and the bone conduction microphone section. Next, in a case where the earphone unit is accommodated in the mounting unit to constitute the mutual communication device, the vibration of the earphone unit is not transmitted to the bone conduction microphone unit via the mounting unit by the elastic member. Further, since the bone conduction microphone can be set at a position distant from the earphone, the sound pressure of the earphone does not go around the bone conduction microphone.
