を跨いで前記架体の上面に一面側を当接できるように帯
板状に形成された基部と、 前記基部の他面側から前記貫通穴に挿通され、前記基部
の一面側にネジ部を突出した状態で、前記基部の他面側
から回転操作可能な係止ネジと、 前記架体のリップ溝を通過できる幅と該リップ溝の幅よ
り大な長さをもって形成され、長さ方向の中間部に前記
係止ネジのネジ部に螺合するネジ穴を有し、該ネジ穴に
螺着された前記係止ネジに対する回転操作によって、少
なくともその両端部が、前記基部の一面に対して前記リ
ップ溝の深さ以上離れた位置から該リップ溝の深さより
近い位置まで移動する係止板と、 前記係止板に設けられ、該係止板の両端部が前記リップ
溝の下方まで進入した状態で前記係止ネジが回転操作さ
れたとき、該係止板の両端部が前記架体の両側のリップ
縁部の下方まで回転した位置で、前記係止板の回転を規
