When provided in the form of a film, not less than 70% by mole of vinylidene fluoride homopolymer as well as vinylidene fluoride homopolymer, ethylene tetrafluoride, ethylene hexafluoride, ethylene trifluoride, ethylene trifluoride chloride, Copolymers with copolymerizable simple polymers such as vinyl fluoride and mixtures of these polymers, and methyl methacrylate or ethyl methacrylate homopolymers or methyl methacrylate in a mixture of 70 mol% or more and a copolymer of alkyl acrylate of 40 mol% or less contain chloride. Adhesion with the vinyl resin sheet is insufficient. In the case of a two-layer film having a vinylidene fluoride homopolymer as a surface layer and a methacrylic resin layer as an adhesive surface layer, there is no problem in adhesion to a vinyl chloride resin sheet. When used in the form of a film, such as a mixture of vinylidene homopolymer and methacrylic resin and a two-layer structure of vinylidene fluoride homopolymer and methacrylic resin, it is expensive in price and cannot be said to be economically satisfactory. .

Further, in the case of a paint, a high-temperature baking type cannot be applied unless the base material, such as a metal or an inorganic board, can withstand a long time under a high temperature. In addition, the room temperature drying type requires several minutes to several tens of minutes for touch drying, and is not suitable for endless production.
Therefore, it is very difficult to provide an endless top coat layer on the surface of the vinyl chloride resin sheet with any type of paint.

The present invention focuses on this point, and as a result of repeating various studies,
An acrylic polymer containing a carboxyl group that has good adhesion to a vinyl chloride resin sheet and vinylidene fluoride resin and can be a binder for ink that can be printed on the vinyl chloride resin sheet has been found. After providing a top coat layer with a vinylidene resin dispersion, the vinylidene fluoride (system) resin coating film containing carboxyl groups is heated and pressurized by embossing from the surface of the vinylidene fluoride (system) resin coating film. This is achieved by finding that the adhesiveness of each interface between the acrylic polymer and the vinyl chloride resin sheet can be enhanced, and peeling of the vinylidene fluoride (based) resin coating film can be prevented very effectively.
